Michael was kind, informative, patient and put no pressure on us whatsoever. He supported us through the process to find what we were looking for, within our budget and allowed us to take our time. We were so impressed, we’ve returned for our wedding bands too, and that experience was just as great. The quality of the service provided is exceptional and Michael creates a personal relationship, rather than it feeling heavily transactional. Can’t recommend enough!

The offer to clean up the ring for the day is a great touch and we both love the bands and how he's been able to match my partners band to the engagement ring.
