AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I ordered 2 rings that were advertised as delivery by 3rd of May (I ordered on 21st of April). I wish I would have read the other reviews about late deliveries. It got to 1st May and the rings had not arrived.
No one told me the delivery would be late. I had to email and ask as I was getting worried. One of the rings was an engagement ring and I planned to propose to my partner that weekend. I was told as a response to my email on 2nd of May that the rings would be delayed by 7-10 days! I later found out that this was because the ring was out of stock; the website did not say this and still let me order.
I was then told on 6th May that my order was in the final stages and it would be sent out in the next few days. It got to the 9th of May and the rings STILL had not been dispatched.
I was then told on 10th of May that my order would be delivered on the 11th. My order was not delivered on the 11th, a day where I had rescheduled a dinner to propose again. Another deadline missed. I ended up having to propose without a ring as I was no longer able to reschedule the dinner.
I spoke to someone on live chat about it and they could only offer me a whole £10 off as a “goodwill gesture”. I have repeatedly asked for confirmation of the complaints procedure, but each time I have asked, I have been ignored.
Sadly, it doesn’t end there. I’ve now had one of the 2 rings delivered on 14th May, but my online portal is showing as the order being fully completed, so I’m anticipating a battle trying to get the other ring sent to me or a refund.
Overall, shocking and terrible service. If you want reliable delivery times and proactive customer service, go somewhere else. The website doesn’t tell you if you order an item that’s out of stock and they only update you on your order if you email them, even if they miss the delivery date that they themselves set. AVOID.
