Horrible customer service. I ordered this tennis chain on the 26th of April and it was due to arrive on the 7th of May but it’s just been sitting in transit this whole time I don’t even think they have shipped my order at all. I’ve contacted customer service almost everyday and they don’t help at all or even respond to my question or concerns. Very frustrating!
Had a Cuban necklace and bracelet under warranty. Followed all the proper instructions for returning my items and used their shipping label provided though ups with tracking. Gems were falling out and missing. They claimed to “lost” my return and are offering no help. The automated system is not user friendly and doesn’t provide any information on who to contact farther. I’m out money and jewelry for trusting this company. Very upset.
Returns are a joke. First I have to pay $10 for postage to return a necklace & then I had to pay an additional $23 for a replacement. Won’t be ordering from this company again.

The person that helped was fine, but there is no way that an order made on Sunday takes 1 week to arrive. Furthermore, I live in Miami. I can go pick it up. My Mothers Day present won’t be available on Mothers Day
I liked the website a lot. The bracelet i ordered was beautiful and really well packaged. i had to reorder it since i got the wrong size. One thing i wished is that i could only get the updates of my package on my phone and not all of the deals coming in as well, maybe make a separate number for that?
My grandson was very excited when I got him the baseball glove and chain, Great looking stuff
no payment in 4 option with paypal. had to pay full price upfront. literally every online purchase i can do payment in 4. i wont shop here again.

The product looks just like it’s advertised. Just from wearing it appears sturdy and sits well on neck. Definitely gonna be ordering any of my stuff from them. I know it’s plated jewelry but along as your not wearing it while working out or during work if your at a dirty work site. Also, look up ways to clean plated jewelry it will last longer.
