Excellent experience. The postman delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I never received it. When I contacted The Hut they immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked. Fantastic service.
I returned order number 575348741 on 27.04.24. Royal mail tracking says it was delivered on 02.05.24. I have contacted them twice on live chat and they initially said to allow 10 working days for refund! I have waited and contacted them again and they say the warehouse hasn't received it, that they would have to look for it manually and to send proof of postage to details on account. I would really appreciate a swift refund and resolution without having to go through paypal since its not the customers responsibility where the parcel ends up after it is sent!
