I love this site. I am able to try new clothes that I wouldn't have been able to before. I have been very happy with the items I have received. The only thing I wish you would add to the jeans/pants description is the style/fit (boyfriend, relaxed, jegging, etc). Different brands have same sizes with different fits. By listing the actual style, one can get a more accurate idea of what they are purchasing.

I bought several items from TRR and was notified they would arrive on Thursday May16th. When they didn’t arrive I reached out to TRR for clarification. The website by then had changed its info ‘to labeled but not shipped.’ TRR rep then replied that the package had already been delivered by Ontrac on the 14th! I had had zero notifications of shipping or delivery on my phone despite giving my cell number for all updates. I was also told it would be delivered by UPS. If the items were indeed delivered by Ontrac they were stolen. I am so disappointed to not get the items I had bought, and the consignors had their goods stolen! Not good!

My only complaint is the sizing of the belt. I am an extra large and was sent a small.
