I ordered (or thought I had) my usual 1 litre bottle of Patron Tequila £ 61.90. What arrived, very quickly next day, was 700 ml. I looked on the web site, which stated I ordered 750ml, also £ 61.90,which I disagree with. The web site does not even show a 700 ml bottle. When I contacted the company about this, the best I could do was to get a £10 refund. Which is better than nothing, but do not feel I am getting the value for money per ml that I would have done? In future, if I do order again, I shall do it by phone call ( an inconvenience) and make sure my request for a litre bottle is understood.
