My package was lost and after writing an email letting them know, i got a refund of £170 straight away from the company, the process of returning is very swift and i get my money back quickly, nothing is over complicated and the service is very good

I purchased an air purifying diffuser at the end of last year but unfortunately the refills were out stock. There were 2 spare in the box but if used regularly need replacing after 3 months. I tried to order online shortly after this without success. I then called customer services and was advised they were out of stock. I was unable to find them online but customer services informed me they were only temporarily out of stock. They agreed to phone me when available but this didn’t happen. I visited another branch and was informed that the product had recently been discontinued and replaced with a newer model but the filters would still be available to buy. This was incorrect. I was very disappointing because I would never have bought a product that would render itself useless within a year of purchase. This is not good for the environment which is the main reason for writing but it is also not good for my pocket. It was not cheap. If this is how The White Company choose to behave I will not be visiting or recommending in the future.

Have always been happy with everything from the White Co. However on this occasion I sent a gift and after the transaction was complete then found out that the items could be delivered separately even though I had purchased a gift box. I must say though that after calling customer service they did apologise and return the cost of the gift box…maybe going forward you could advise the customer prior to order that the items may go in separate parcels but thank you for the apology.
Terrible pop up trying to flog app that won’t go away I should have added the x close function was not working I see now that the issue has been rectified So I can now see what I want to buy with clogging up my phone with another app Oh no The problem is still there! The pop up keeps appearing every page you look at in a sub page each time the x close is not working. I still cannot see the page - without downloading the app…..
Helpful staff and excellent quality of products
Whilst they do sell lovely items, their customer service is appalling. I wanted to buy some liquid handwash, which according to my local store was possibly discontinued, but I was advised to contact customer service. The wait time to speak to anyone at customer service is long and when I did eventually do so was informed that I would receive a call back but that I should also call two outlet stores at Bicester Village and GunWharf Quays. Neither of the outlet stores wee accepting calls and I did not receive a call from customer service. Since then I have made two more calls to customer service and on both occasions was told I would a receive a call back. Days, weeks later I am still waiting!!! 21/03/24, 03/04/24, 07/04/24
Products good but really wish click and collect was an option (especially as products only small). I had no choice of purchase timing to take advantage of 20% off but didn’t really want Royal Mail delivery option.
Something happened to White company recently and they don't despatch items and don't refund. I ordered on 12th of March 2024 and item wasn't dispatched after chasing several times I was told that they have moved warehouses so it makes delay, then I was told after chasing again that item out of stock, then that they will cancel it and refund. Refund didn't come in 5 days as promised then again I chased and was told to wait 10 days. No refund. Again I wrote to them and gave them 3 days to refund me. They wrote that they have escalated Andy no refund yet. I am going to raise the issue with Trading Standards Officers.
Always a lovely experience, great staff and great merchandise! Definitely my favourite place to shop!
