The design of the readers, like an old-fashioned pince-nez, with their own very slim case that attaches to the back of a cellphone, is clever. Mine turned out to be not so durable--one nose pad broke off after just over a year of light and occasional use. When I called to see if the company would replace them, they said they would, even though the breakage occurred outside the six-month warranty period.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these glasses! I have them attached to the back of my phone so ALWAYS within reach. Easy to use, they stay on your nose very well. Great for going out to dinner and being able to put them on quickly to read menu or at grocery store to read labels quickly. So much time is saved not having to dig around for readers all the time! Another thing I love about them is that you can lay on your side to watch TV or read a book and not have the arm pieces digging into the back of your ears and sides of your face. Customer service is fantastic. Part of the nose piece broke and I emailed customer service and they sent me a new pair free of charge super fast. Keepers for sure!

Fast reply but nothing since. Still haven't received replacement item. Supposedly sent 22-Apr but no tracking data or comms
