Der Verschluss meiner Kette ist nach einigen Monaten kaputt gegangen. Daraufhin schickte ich die Kette zur Reparatur zurück. Nach 2 Tagen nach absenden der Kette erhielt ich bereits eine E-Mail, dass die Reperaturanfrage bearbeitet wird. Nach nur 2 weiteren Tagen kam bereits eine neue Kette an.
Visited the store last month and talked with Suchvinder. Great customer service, so much so I visited yesterday to buy 1 charm and left with 3! Well, it was buy 2 get 1 free so seems rude not to 🙂 I love TS and it's refreshing to get such exceptional customer service. Already budgeting for my next visit!

Ich habe in der Glamour Week ein Armband mit einem Anhänger zu 20% Rabatt bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Es sollte innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen geliefert werden. 6 Tage später erhielt ich von PayPal eine Nachricht, dass ein Teilbetrag rückerstattet wurde - wegen angeblicher Nichtverfügbarkeit wurde das Armband anscheinend storniert. Das erfuhr ich dann aber erst auf aktive Nachfrage bei der Hotline - schon mal eine sehr schlechte Kommunikation seitens Thomas Sabo!!! Ich konnte online sehen, dass das Armband in einer Filiale verfügbar war, aber mir wurde verwehrt, es mir zum rabattierten Preis zuzusenden mit dem Hinweis, ich könnte es mir ja zum aktuellen Tagespreis dort kaufen!!! So einen schlechten Kundenservice habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt - fühle mich einfach nur verarscht, dann doch besser gar keine Rabattaktionen anbieten, ehe man dann nicht bereit ist, dem Kunden diesen Rabatt auch zu gewähren. Ich habe hier definitiv das letzte Mal etwas gekauft!!!

Im Gegensatz zum Donauzentrum war ich heute das dritte Mal in der Seilergasse und wurde dort freundlich und kundenorientiert behandelt. Alles was ich sehen wollte konnte ich anschauen und probieren. Walked in looking for a gift, without a clue of what i wanted to buy i was lucky enough to run into the store manager (Ben) who was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I described the taste of the person i was buying for and he expertly showed me the collections that most matched that taste, with no pressure to buy. Couldn't be happier with the service and product.
I went to the Birmingham Bullring this morning and was served by Will. I would like to thank Will for his fantastic customer service, patience and kindness. He talked me through all the different necklace options for my charms and really spent the time with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase, he really went above a beyond! My partner bought these Silver Hoop Pearl charm Earings as a present thinking I would be able to buy charms to change over, as the pearl charm comes completely off the earing. But disappointed to find when I called into my local shop there are no charms for this design Please can you consider creating charms for this design it would be so nice to change the look of the earing.
