I recently bought a skirt from Thrift+. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and the careful packaging of my purchase. The skirt is in excellent condition; exactly as described. I will actually go so far as to say that it is immaculate. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be using Thrift+ in the future.

Thrift is a one star experience for sellers. I would warn against sending anything of value. Adam Lippes dress was rejected in error. I sent in a a designer Adam Lippes dress and this was sent to a charity. Adam Lippes dress retails for £100s and sometimes £1000s of pounds. For the mistake I received £2.62 Response from thrift " Thank you for getting in touch. I have looked into this for you and can see that your item was rejected under the incorrect brand. I am deeply sorry for the disappointment this may cause. Any rejected items will be forward donated to our partner charities: Oxfam, Barnardo's, Age UK or Clothes Aid and they are greatly appreciated. Recently sent a bag full of mostly brand new items and elected for all of the proceeds to go to my chosen charity. Some items are not accounted for, which I can't prove of course, but those that are accounted for are wildly undervalued. For instance, I sent a limited additional Coast coord which originally sold at around £300. Their suggested price? Less than £5 per item! Madness. On the other hand, they priced a hoodie at almost £40 - more than I paid for it in a sale. Lesson learned. I'll find alternative means to give to my chosen charity and I won't be recommending Thrift+ at all.

I love using Thrift+ to find myself little wardrobe pick me ups! I always try to buy second hand but recently online thrifting has become a bit pricing (cough cough depop), but Thrift+ keeps pricing fair with good quality pieces. Any imperfections are listed and discounted! I have bought from these guys 3 times and no doubt will be buying more as I clear and refresh my wardrobe! I took time and great care when choosing items before I committed to buy. The great items are there for the buyer but making sure you've taken a good look and read the detail makes for a satisfactory transaction.
Literally obsessed with Thrift+ and I tell all my friends about it. The quality and selection of clothes is really good, items always show up in good condition and ready to wear, and it's easy to send your preloved items back. All of my current favorite and statement pieces were found on Thift+!

I was looking for a lightweight linen cardigan and found such an item on Thrift+ The photo and description was helpful including the item condition grading system. Delivery was fast and packed with care. The linen cardigan was clean and of good quality. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I have previously purchased a several items from this company and I have only experienced one issue when a wool jumper arrived matted and like felt.
