have already left a five-star review, but wanted to add my thanks for the fantastic post-sales service: we had to make a minor adjustment to the tiling plan, which involved re-ordering and returning part of the original order. Ricky (Romford branch) could not have been more helpful, brilliant communication with customer, and all was delivered/collected by Dhillon, who was also very helpful indeed. What a brilliant service from a shop with lovely tiles.
The best service from a tile shop in and around Dorset. Shaun and Josh can’t do enough to help us out. Im a trader that need items quickly they help me out every time.

Tile giant, Bracknell have very beautiful tiles, and the staff at their stores were very helpful. However this is were it ends. The day i placed the order, I was told that the tiles will be delivered in approximately 2 weeks. A few days later, i received a call from one of the staff to say that the delivery has been delayed for another week. I found this completely unacceptable. My landscapers were not available. I therefore went back to the shop, and chose another set of tiles (from STILD), that cost an extra £600. I was told that this will be delivered in 2 days. I called Tile Giant on 10th of May and spoke to Hannah and got confirmation that it will in fact be delivered on this day. When the delivery driver arrived, he claimed that the pallet with my tiles was NOT loaded in to his truck and therefore the delivery will be delayed AGAIN. It is appalling that TileGiant are running a business with such poor warehouse standards where the delivery driver (third party) is not even aware that he doesn't have the full load! The driver also held signed off paperwork to confirm that the item has been received. Yet, there was no item to receive! Tile giant use third party for their deliveries and unless you want to be disappointed, dont bother ordering from them. These delays not only cost me my time and energy but had a huge impact on my finances as I have had to pay the landscapers for postponing the job. This has been very stressful and I will not recommend purchasing from tile giant again.
Superb service from John at Tile Giant. Very patient in dealing with me and my change of tile decisions. John helped me to choose the most suitable tiles for the job and ensured that I got the best possible deal.
