Front wheel was not tightened, had to really do a 'put together' myself. The front disc brake was not straight and made and awful noise, left side pedal was so badly fastened I thought I was turning it the wrong way to get it off to install new pedals.. not to mention one pedal had no dust cap and one had.

Bought a pair of walking boots that although fairly comparable / same manufacturer to a pair I already own have turned out to be unwearable due to pain endured after only a hour or so of walking. Never experienced anything like it. Tiso customer service not interested as they have been worn. Until you wear them how do you know…. Never ever will I recommend Tiso.
