Once I opened the pump it seems like it's old covered with scratches. I need a replacement ASAP. Not worthy to buy if I have to keep this one I need new one.

Bottle maker broke, took 3 phone calls for them to replace and they have gave me a ‘freepost address’ to return the faulty one that cost me over £13 to send back.
The order process was easy and delivery was quick, however, the dispatch email did not contain any information about when I might expect a delivery or which delivery company to expect to hear from, this would have been useful to know to make arrangements as I ended up receiving a time slot from the delivery company 6 minutes before the start of the delivery window.
Order was easy and expedient. Pump is easy to use although not easy to ambulate with. (Made better by cutting a hole in an old sports bra to hold the “boob trumpet”). Sadly our battery life appears to be very limiting. Even with a full charge overnight our battery appears to time out just before 30 minutes. (Pump running at level 3). It is making things rather difficult for feeding given that we have to supplement with expressed milk to keep our baby’s weight up. Perhaps it could come with two chargers or an option for a long charge battery pack?
Rowan was really helpful on the phone when contacting regarding my measurement rubbing off on my bottle.
Had an issue with only 2 out of 3 parcels being delivered. Rowan from the Customer Service Team was excellent. We were on holiday when the parcels arrived but Rowan assured me that we could resolve the situation when I returned. Rowan kept in contact with me throughout the process and made what we thought was going to be an ordeal into a seamless smooth solution. I can't thank Rowan enough for the help, it is much appreciated. A credit to the Tommee Tippee team.
Still waiting on my refund. No one replies. Over 2 months now.
I paid extra for 24 hours delivery and it did not arrive on time. Very disappointed, as we needed this for a holiday and it didn't arrive as expected.

tommy tippee was reliable and delivered in an appropriate amount of time just in time for when my baby needed his prep machine filter changing. couldnt be happier

Anna Sophie and jade from customer service are incredibly helpful. I’ve been using tommee tippee bottles for a while and had to replace several sets due to the markings rubbing off in short periods. Despite only being able to provide proof of purchase from an original set I purchase last year the customer service team have sent out a replacement set to me which I’m delighted with. Cannot fault the customer service they were very prompt in handling my query. Bottles are great and my little one’s favourites but just wish the markings lasted a little longer .

Debbie from customer services was very helpful and kind. She ordered me my pump flanges in the correct size for me and posted them next day delivery so I had them quickly.
