Ordered materials on Thursday to pick up Friday no text received to pick up went in Saturday to find out product had been received damaged but had not been reordered until we went to store on the Saturday when they said they would reorder the product and would be in Monday and yet I have not had any word if the product is in as yet out tradesman has supplied materials at his cost to us and finished the work with still no word of the materials being delivered in store very poor service.
My No.1 general building supply store, everything is very good, only slight issue is their click and collect system should be automated, not rely on pen and paper, staff often struggle to find an order if ordered a few days back.

I ordered and paid for a new thermostat on line for my emersion heater. I drove 6 miles. There it was waiting at Toolstation. An hour later all up and running again!!!
Had to give back the next day fir the rest of my order as thay sold mine this is the second time this has happened
The app was easy to use, the local store rang me to say one item was out of stock, but they provided me with two alternatives that were ready to pick up in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service & support from my Plympton local Toolstation.
