I visited the Aylesbury store, as I finally have the opportunity to revamp my bathroom. I was supported through my purchase query by Ana. Great customer service, wherever you go,you want to feel listened, even it you cannot make up your mind about a product, not feel rushed, and that the Sales Agent knows what they are talking about. Ana delivered on all of these points. engaging in the whole process to Ensure I selected the right product I was happy with to compliment my bathroom project. Thank you Ana, much appreciated!
A very good tiles store with wide selection of tiles. Sales assistant Manraj was very helpful in guiding and advising us on selecting the right tiles for our requirements. He was friendly and cooperative and went out of way to help us.
We were shown fantastic customer service by a lovely lady called Josie who works at the Shipley store. She went out of her way to deliver our tiles on her way home from work - it saved us a lot of time and effort rather than having to pick them up! It was greatly appreciated! We will be definitely using Topps Tiles again!
Horrendous experience with delivery of tiles from Topps Tiles Kidderminster branch. The delivery driver employed by Topps Tiles to deliver tiles for my bathroom refused to unload them from his Van. He had the audacity to demand I pay him £30 for him to unload them. I got severe back pain from doing something I should not have been made to do. I complained to Topps Tiles. They took a very long time to reply to me and when they did it was a disappointingly abject reply to say that I cannot prove this happened. This sort of thing should never happen - delivery drivers taking advantage of customers and neglecting their duty which they are remunerated for. I will pursue this further as I am abjectly disappointed by Topps Tiles "customer services."
Went to Topps Tiles Bishop’s Stortford today to return a box of tiles that we didn’t need. Also to purchase a few tiles for vanity unit splashback. A friendly greeting and my refund processed. I was shown a selection of tiles and instead of wasting money on a full box I was able to purchase 10. Such a saving ! The staff were excellent,helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My 2 visits to this store were a seamless experience and I felt valued when I spent hundreds and equally when I spent a few pound. Well done Topps Tiles in employing people who care.
Nightmare continues with this order. I managed to contact the delivery courier myself twice yesterday and found out that the shipment was damaged and that was why it was stuck at their warehouse for the past 4 days. I have requested for full refund yesterday but I got no updates after chasing twice. Customer service again was not polite, and showed no urgency to help solve this problem. It's been a whole week and I have NO items and also NO refund confirmed. One of the worst shopping experience I have ever had with renovations...

Had a horrible experience with Topps Tiles. I made an order last week and hoping it would get delivered quick as I urgently need the items I ordered. Rang the customer service to make sure the order gets delivered on the date they promised. No it did not delivery on the date... When I chat with the customer support again, he was very unprofessional, having chat with his colleague while on call with me, ignored my questions, and said there is nothing he can do and I should just wait and hope for the best??... I then asked if I can just collect the item from closest store instead, he was like "which store do you want then, I don't live in London so you need to tell me which store." What an attitude! I then checked myself and asked about availability. Honestly this is not worth the hassle, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!
Despite a couple of broken tiles this was resolved quickly with replacements. The customer service has always been magnificent from Becky at the York Clifton Moor store. The lack of a delivery option for some orders when we live such a distance away makes pick ups a chore but I think this is a reflection of rural living and small orders rather than Topps Tiles.
Charlotte at the Ashford branch went above and beyond to source a stock of discontinued tiles and subsequently went through all of the remaining stock in order to choose those of the highest quality. Both Steve and Charlotte were extremely friendly and showed an eagerness to assist with our new kitchen project. Cannot fault the service and quality of products! Excellent!

I was served very efficiently by Mark at Topps tiles, Wokingham store. I was quickly advised about my selection of tiles, ordering them and tiles delivery duration. I was also also helped for tiles trim and later on they also took unwanted trim back without any question. Selection of tiles at the store was enough to make decision. The quality of tiles is excellent.

Brilliant customer service, I’ve just given up visiting any other tile retailer - it is unfortunately very rare to get such exemplary service, we walked out after our first visit and just looked at each other and went “wow” there just wasn’t anything they could have done better, it’s not a one off either, it’s been like that every time we’ve been back - thanks Tyler & Raphael
