NIE WIEDER !!!! Habe die Schuhe gekauft, die ich nach dem ersten tragen nur als Defekt bzw. Fakeware bezeichnen kann. Der Kundenservice fragte nach den Photos der Schuhsohle (warum auch immer) und 3 Minuten später kam schon die Antwort, dass es keine Defekte zu sehen sind... Also wenn man da kauft bekommt man keine Garantie, keine Gewärleistung, kein Service. Trotz das sie deutsches Domain .de haben und nach Deutschland verkaufen, wird gesagt das der BGB interresiert die nicht... Jegliche Gewärleistung und jeder Anspruch auf Herstellergarantie wird ignoriert, obwohl ich Dr.Martens per E-mail nach Gewärleistung gefragt habe und mir gesagt wurde, das die Schuhe 12 Monate Garantie bzw. Gewärleistung vom Hersteller haben. Unbedingt negative Bewertungen lesen!!! Und lieber woanders kaufen!!!
