I am happy to give Elle at Tower Customer Services a five star review. My Tower window vacuum (a fantastic bit of equipment) wouldn't charge just after 12 months' use, so I contacted the team to claim under the three year extended warranty. My email was answered promptly and after submitting proof of purchase, a picture of the item, and details of the model number, Elle sorted out a replacement for me. This level of customer service encourages me to buy more of their products.

Superb customer service from Ffion at Tower I had an issue with my tower airfryer and was wondering if it was still under its guarantee I messaged asking for some help and Ffion was my allocated agent. I was expecting it to be a difficult process as I didn't have all the information at first but once it was established I was due a replacement My airfryer wasn't in stock so was offered alternatives but because i love my airfryer so much i decided to wait that bit longer Ffion made the process easy communicated regularly and kept me updated with everything right up until delivery Can't fault Tower or Ffion First class 👍 Many Thanks 😊

Zero Warranty Support

Bought a salt and pepper set from a well known online reseller . Within warranty period reported to manufacturer (Tower) and they wrote back saying they would not deal with it themselves as the responsibility was with the online reseller Unfortunately neither would the online retailer as it was beyond their 30 day return window , So thanks to zero warranty support from tower i will just have to buy another one , but from a more premium brand

Worth the effort

I bought a Tower halogen oven over 2 years ago and it came with a 3 year warranty. The oven stopped working and I got in touch with the company to advise if I could still claim under the warranty. I expected them to fob me off but they dealt with the claim in a professional manner. I had to submit the original warranty, the original receipt and pictures of the appliance and the make and model of the item. Their first response to my email took a few days, but after that, things moved quickly. During the process, you do have to comply with what they ask you and submit further pictures, if asked, which I was. I now have a brand new air fryer.

I purchased a Tower Air Fryer…

I purchased a Tower Air Fryer unfortunately I had a problem after 18 months, I had registered with the 3 year warranty. I got in touch with customer service and my claim was handled by Joe who was absolutely brilliant, he told me what was needed to be done and was really helpful. Tower have sent a new Air under warranty. I am very happy with the result and how I was looked after by Joe and how professional he was. I would like to had the 3 year is well worth doing but on registering get a confirmation reference number and date .

I had a major problem with a Tower TCWS Aquajet Plus carpet washer which had a clean water tank that immediately drained out as soon as it was filled. The problem occurred on its first use so it may perhaps have been faulty, however it was outside of warranty and yet I did need support. I called Tower customer service and was very disappointed that I could not get this fixed and was stuck with a machine that didn't work properly, but then the CS representative, Ffion, offered a new replacement carpet washer as a gesture of good will which was delivered within just a few days. I just want to say a big thank you to Ffion for the customer service provided, and her efforts to resolve this situation beyond my expectations!

What an amazing service from Tower. I rang them to replietva fault with my air fryer, still in warranty. After sending details & photos I was instructed to cut off the wire & send photo Did this & got an email saying new appliance would be delivered between 3to 5 days Well from original phone call to receiving new appliance was just 48 hrs .. Amazing service Highly recommend

First class customer service frrom tower…

First class customer service from Tower and CS rep Jaheda. I made a claim as my air fryer had stopped working I have had it 29 months. The warranty on the box said 3 years. Jaheda asked me to provide the usual evidence to validate the claim but I could not find evidence of the extended warranty so I thought that's that. But Jaheda came to rescue and offered me a replacement as a goodwill gesture and I am expecting delivery in a few days. Top class company and top class CS rep. Go Jaheda 😁
