The above was what I received when I placed an order for a treadmill on Friday 3rd May 2024 and was told the order will be delivered between 3rd and the 6th May. I knew this was inaccurate as it’s impossible to deliver item same day as I ordered! But I didn’t think that they’d take my money and then go radio silent on me! I placed several orders at the same with other retailers and have received my orders as of today the 8th of May, but not a word from Traininn about my order or shipment. I tried chatting with them on WhatsApp since I’m based in the Uk but the bot kept regurgitating the same nonsense over and over again without answering my questions… so exasperating! I will never shop here again and if I don’t hear anything within the next 24hrs, I will cancel the transaction and claim my money back from my credit card company. What a useless website and total waste of my time!
Helaas zit op mijn restitutie bedrag te wachten. Mijn pakketje is terug gestuurd met bewijs dat die geleverd is, maar ik krijg geen gehoor van tradeinn er wordt continu gezegd dat mijn claim in review wordt genomen en uiteindelijk hoor ik niks van ze. Zwaar teleurstellend

Hice 2 pedidos. Uno llegó ok y el otro con casi 10 días de retraso. Como no vivo en España y alguien me lo iba a traer, no llego a tiempo y hasta ahora no puedo tenerla. La manera de chatear es imposible, te contestan después de 30 minutos cuando ya no estás atenta al celular, intente hacerlo unas 10 veces.

Ich habe am 24.04 einen Rucksakc betsellt mit Kreditkarte bezahlt udn am 26.4 kam auf einmal eine Mail mit Betsellung storniert. Das Geld wurde abgebucht und wenn man den kundenservice erreichenw ill hebt weder ma telefon, noch im Chat oder per Mail keiner ab. FINGER WEG!!!

Produits défectueux. De plus il ne correspond pas à l'image ( 2 teinte de rouge différent entre le short et le débardeur). Retour impossible.

I was nervous about ordering as the company weren't based in the UK, also worried the trainers would be fakes. However I had a great experience and although delivery took a bit of time from Spain, I am very happy with my Under Armour trainers and the price I got them for.
