Ordered my top soil on Wednesday and it was delivered this morning. Was called on the Wednesday by a very polite gentleman confirming my order. This morning I was given a time slot for delivery and it was well within that 2 hour slot. The delivery drivers were lovely. Polite and very helpful. Offered them a wee tip but they politely declined and stated they are just doing their job. Cannot recommend this company enough. A* from order to delivery.
Web site promises a Saturday delivery on placing an order only for the local office/depot to arrange a Tuesday delivery with no hint of an apology and when questioned blamed their own Web Site for being “absolutely useless” That’s their words not mine Sounds like Travis Perkins needs to get its house in order for the absolute basics of customer service
I have ordered and collected from the Ware Herts store 3 times and they have always had the items I needed . The staff are very helpful and friendly . I shall definitely be using them again
After previous issues just when I thought this business could not sink any lower. Placed an order for my local branch – received order confirmation and they take payment but when I arrive, I find that they are permanently closed. Upon calling the number on the receipt I get through to another branch who inform me that the subject branch had been closed for a couple of weeks. After calling customer services they tell me that the best they can do is refund the order – yet no offer sending the goods out, or a token payment towards time or inconvenience, despite this being their fault. In summary they allow me to order from a ghost branch and they expect me to pick up the tab for my wasted visit and experience and in short, they don’t care. Terrible customer service and terrible business. I would think long and hard about what customer service experience you may get.

Easy to use informative website to place an order for 50 bags of 25 litre topsoil. Quality was fabulous, and the main this was it was craned inch perfect onto the property not dumped like so many other companies do on tge pavement...massive plus. The order was placed with Aintree and a staff member rang to confirm order and said I could have earlier if I wanted and no one had to be in as photo would be taken....another huge plus. The driver was superb and dropped inch perfect into gap. The quality was fabulous..hats off to Travis Perkins Aintree...would I order again...DEFINITELY

I use my local Travis Perkins at Leighton Buzzard on a domestic basis only and although my visits are not that regular and I do not spend large amounts, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Service is quick, they are competitive on pricing and the buying process is very straight forward. After purchase, you drive into their warehouse with the receipt and a friendly member of staff quickly load up the items purchased into your car. I fully recommend using this company.

So we have had a few deliveries now from the Bulwell branch,and the service by the driver Darren is excellent nothing is to much trouble and he is always a happy guy. When we see the lorry turn up we know there's going to be no issues and no problems you need more drivers like Darren he's a credit and an asset to any company! Dave,Dean& co.
Order never turned up. Spent over 3k at Travis Perkins over last couple of months need to spend the same amount again to finish project but deliveries are unreliable. First two orders fine, third delivery date changed two days before delivery, fourth delivery was cancelled and rearranged at 11am the day it was meant to be delivered due to driver sickness (emailed Travis Perkins customer support) and the fifth delivery hasn't turned up even though I received a txt today (1/5/24) saying it would. I give up. In the morning I will cancel my order. I am not wasting another day waiting for a Travis Perkins delivery. Edit: Delivery turned up this morning 2/5/24, could not accept as no room, as parking I blocked off yesterday had been taken. I spoke to your manager who said his driver had an accident yesterday which delayed my delivery. But I received no message about that yesterday and only received a phone call today after speaking to driver who turned up this morning. I did say that a previous delivery had been missed due sickness and that I can not wait around for deliveries that don't arrive. He did say he could give me first drop tomorrow but with my luck something else would probably go wrong. I will go elsewhere, I know deliveries can be delayed but out of 5 deliveries only 3 have arrived on day expected.

Travis Perkins, Porthmadog, North Wales. Ordered a new kitchen from this branch back in 2022. They recommended a local fitter as they do not employ their own fitters. Kitchen was only fitted this month as a serious water leak from the roof space in the property ruined everything. Despite the delay and the subsequent reinstatement works this company has kept a wonderfully positive attitude to our plight. The kitchen was kept in their storage for as long as necessary with a "don't worry" attitude "we will look after it till you are ready" No mention of storage fees or a cancellation of order only our happiness was their concern. For all this the credit goes to Rebekah Waugh the showroom manager. Travis Perkins are very lucky to have such a warm, caring and wonderful person working for them. Over the Last Month i have been working on a New Block Paved Drive way in East Peckham Tonbridge. And have been using Travis Perkins Branch at 41 Old London Road East Peckham TN12 5AP. I would like to say what a Brilliant builders merchants. The best yard I have been to in a long time. All the staff are great, friendly and go out of there way to help. The Yard is the most organized and tidy builders yard you will ever come across. I hope to get more jobs in the area so i can continue to use this particular branch of Travis Perkins again. I would like to Thank Josh , Alan , Conner Steve and the Yard Lads Thanks again M F Property Maintenance

Excellent service from ordering to delivery! Good communication on the time of our delivery including gps tracking of vehicle. Connor delivered five bulk bags of gravel over a 6ft fence inch perfect 👌 We are very pleased thank you! It was the Margate branch 👍
Really great service and helpful staff Wasn’t really sure what I needed and the assistant there ( I think his name was Dave? ) Was so helpful and gave me advice and took the time to explain what I required. Definitely recommend and will be back, thank you This was at the Woburn Green branch
