Ordered 5 suitcases, 2 cabin and 3 medium cases. When they arrived one case was damaged. A quick email to Tripp customer services and a new case was arranged, after some photos and video were sent. Have bought Tripp cases previously and would recommend them. Customer service was excellent and the issues dealt with promptly.

Great customer service

I bought several sets of cases and after travelling to New York I had a couple of problems with them. Nikita dealt with my case and from start to finish she was fantastic As other people said, she even sent emails out at the weekend. She arranged for two replacement cases to be sent to me. Well done Tripp and thanks for employing someone like Nikita. She is a credit to your company

I had a problem with one of the tripp cases and had only just bought it August 23 so I called and explained problem was with the lock and was told I would get a call back by the following Tuesday so I told the lady I was going away soon and needed the case. Within 20 mins I had an email from Sasha who has been outstanding with her help and continued communication and on the Wednesday a new case has arrived so thank you to her 1 very happy customer

We ordered a set of cases, tags and a couple of flight bags. The quality of the items for the price point is fabulous. We had an item missing, and one item that was missing a part. I created a support request with them and had Sasha respond to me the same day. Sasha resolved the issue and sent out the missing bits, and they arrived a couple of days later. Nikita Priestley has been an amazing…

Nikita Priestley has been an amazing help from day one. Resolving some courier issues and going above and beyond to help get the suitcases to me. Nikita was then very helpful when I notified her of the damages on tej suitcases. Nikita is a fantastic asset to the company and even got in touch with me twice over a bank holiday! Very impressive and has always made me feel comfortable to approach her for any help I may need or in the near future. She is very courteous, professional and super quick to reply! If only all companies had this Nikita then who needs complaint departments! I certainly will purchase again from this company purely down to Nikita!

We had a problem with a suitcase

We had a problem with a suitcase, emailed Tripp and explained. They were very quick to come back, asked a few questions, sent a couple of images and very quickly Tripp are replacing the suitcase. They even replied on the bank holiday weekend which I wasn’t expecting. Big thank you to Rachael who we mostly dealt with and Nakita for finishing off for us. Thanks to everyone involved

Airport Damage Quickly Repaired

Following some very rough baggage handling at an airport one of my large Tripp cases was damaged. On inspection one of the black plastic fixings (black dot) which holds the stiffening bar in place had sheared off. I contacted Tripp explained the situation and Liane kindly sent me replacements. Fixed in a trice. Robust cases and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Delay with order. I want a refund

I placed an order on 3rd May. I am now being told that it won't be delivered until 15th May. I want a refund issued asap as I will be away. A breach of delivery terms and conditions. Your company sent a reply that I would have known that this is the delivery timeline. 3-5 working days, the email says. I have proof in writing so I'm reporting your company

Poor quality, poor customer service

Ordered a case relatively last minute. Arrived in time so all good at first. At the airport on the return journey one of the wheels started playing up and wouldn't turn when it had pressure on it ie. case upright using the extended handle to manoeuvre, so the case kept attempting to trip over itself. I filed a ticket for a replacement (it had been fine up till this point so was happy to exchange it) but after several emails and videos showing the exact issue the CS was dismissive of my concern and would not do anything to help, claiming the case was performing as expected. Really disappointing quality control at the manufacturing level and CS over email. Will not purchase another ‘anything’ from them. Edited 9th May. I cannot find the order number. The enquiry number was ENQ320452

Tripp offers a very affordable suitcases, unfortunately they are not always best quality and it often happenes that suitcase breaks. However the 5 year warranty and the quick customer service can get you a new suitcase withing 3-5 working days, which is really great. So the stars I gave are mostly for the customer sercice. Thank you Liane for assisting me today.

Outstanding service.

I experienced a fault with a suitcase and Nikita at Tripp was extremely helpful. Nikita stated that Tripp did not expect their cases to fail in the manner I experienced and she went above and beyond to provide a remedy which in my case meant they sent me a replacement alternative yet similar case of my choosing (as my case was no longer being produced).
