Absolut schlechte Qualität, Schuh kam schlecht verarbeitet an, es lösten sich bereits geklebte Stellen. Der Schuh war zudem entgegen der Beschreibungen sehr eng (vorne nicht zu klein). Bei Rücksendung werden dann 9€ abgezogen, obwohl der Fehler beim Verkäufer liegt, absolut unverschämt.

I ordered the Nest Backpack and the Smart Packing Cube 10L. I have to say I'm pretty happy with the quality, versatility and capacity of the backpack. The straps are very resistant, and it's quite easy to pack everything you need for a commuting day, including shoes for the gym (I have a EUR 44), laptop and other accesories. I would like to mention the great CC service that Tropicfeel has. We had an issue with the currier (missing Backpack from the package) and their team stayed with me and helped during the whole process. Great products and service!
Love the products but when there was a small issue, the best thing was the speed and quality of the customer service. Simply excellent all round. I will definitely use TropicFeel again
Les lacets élastiques ne tiennent pas du tout le pied. Je me suis aperçu après coup qu'il y a un trou supplémentaire plus près du pied pour mieux tenir, mais quand on enlève le "gland" qui fait "tenir" les lacets, le bout dur du lacet s'enlève, et pas moyen de le remettre. Nul, sur, toute, la, ligne. J'ai dû acheter de nouveaux lacets. Sinon, la semelle est confortable...
Ordered 3 shoes awhile back, after back and forth with customer service, they told me that I am only due 1 pair of shoes because of how long it had been. I did not misplace my order, they did. They should honor my original order as it was not my mistake. I keep telling them I am not content with their resolution of only giving me 1 pair of shoes but all they say is that they are looking to grow and improve and apologies the experience was not to my standard. I am discontent with there resolution and customer support dodging my complaints.

The sizes of the shoes described in the website do not match reality. Sizes run way too large. Then only allowing 1 free return puts the burden of this on the consumer. I paid almost 50 euros to buy shoes from these guys and just ended up returning them twice. Ridiculous.
Super nice shoe! When I had an issue with a stich that came loose after one week wearing the shoes the custommerservice granted me a new pair for free! Great service recomend it!!

The shell backpack is not waterproof. Also the accessories as not so helpful. The backpack is very expensive for what it offers. I returned the item and would not buy unless with a good discount.
I bought a set of sunset sneakers. The quality of the product was extremely bad, especially given the prize. I have worn it just a couple of times and it already has a permanent crease in the soul.

The products arrived quickly and were easy to order. Have yet to use them in earnest, but will say that first impressions are that my expectations were higher. I can see why some of the less positive comings in reviews are derived. Closure of the vacuum bag, size of the toiletries bag, easy of use of the packing wardrobe (also seems smaller that I expected, thought the video is accurate) Will see how they fare on our forthcoming trip and review again!

The quality of tropicfeel shoes is seriously dropping. Over the years I have bought 6 pairs Cala shoes and i have recommended them to many friends. The last order is really poor quality, cant remove shoes without also the insole coming out, very frustrating. The fit of the so called same shoe is just very different and the soles are already having some quality issues. This is all in comparison to the other pairs. Sorry to see this happening as i was a huge fan of their products. Even more sorry that they seem to not be taking any customer concerns like this serious… Hope they get their act together soon
I ordered and paid a vest. My first demand for it was sent 4 weeks later. Answer: "it should be dispatched within the next 24 hours". Next morning, next email: "the vest is out of order." Wow. No further comment. If I would have not asked for it they would have ignored the whole order. But I think that they were happy to have my money... Tropicfeel sent a small apologise and the money back while the next days but I am really really unsatisfied with the whole process. Never again Tropicfeel.
