Livraison rapide et service client réactif mais mauvaise surprise d’apprendre qu’il y avait finalement des droits de douane d’un montant de 16€ à régler alors que le site indique « qu’il n’y a pas de frais surprises ». J’ai contacté le service client qui n’a pas trouvé autre chose à répondre qu’ils étaient désolés de la confusion engendrée et en me renvoyant vers leur CGV.
Precaución si compras en trouva: Ordené una chaqueta kimono que costaba 80.49 euros con 10.99 euros de gastos de envío. Me llegó a través de correo certificado (desconozco el motivo) con un coste extra de 17.82 euros, sin solicitud previa de aprobación. Además, al ser certificado tuve que ir a la oficina a recogerlo, añadiendo una incomodidad más. Al reclamar a la empresa, contestan: "Como se indica en nuestros términos y condiciones, los pedidos enviados desde la UE a países fuera de la UE pueden generar aranceles e impuestos locales". Así que entienden certificar un envío como "aranceles o impuesto local". Me siento estafada; he pagado en total 28.82 euros para adquirir una prenda de 80.49. Un auténtico despropósito

Leider kann ich den Online-Shop nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich hatte eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die aufgrund von Lagerbestandsproblemen storniert wurde. Das ist an sich kein Problem, jedoch befindet sich der betreffende Artikel in meiner Größe immer noch zweimal im Shop, anstatt aus dem Sortiment genommen zu werden. Dies hinterlässt keinen seriösen Eindruck.
I sent back some lights last year and despite dozens of emails sent and promises I still haven’t received a refund. I feel the time was deliberately strung out so that I couldn’t use chargeback from my bank. Something is very amiss with this company. It seems that having chased this I have received a refund for two of the lights but not the third light that I returned.i did send videos of the lights.
Great company, really genuine and kind. Great customer service, always dispatch the package on the day you ordered and arrives very promptly with a handwritten note. Good pricing too
Don't waste your money for returned , paid over £150 And they are saying that it hasnt arrived to the boutique that supplied the item. . Stay clear

Die Qualität der Ware ist absolut schrecklich und eine Retour gestaltet sich als unmöglich, weswegen ich wohl auf den Kosten sitzen bleibe- für ein Produkt, das unterirdisch schlecht und somit nicht nutzbar ist. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass die positiven Bewertungen hier echt sind, ich schätze, sie sind gekauft. Lasst bloß die Finger von diesem Shop.
Trouva is a good way to browse and support some of the many interesting independent stores in the UK and abroad. Perfect for gift shopping, I've used Trouva at Christmas for the last 3 years and it's always been good. It does help to know, should there be a problem with your order you will be dealing with the owner of one store not a large company who won't be getting back to you soon. Having said that I've never had a problem with any of the stores here.
I bought things that I considered different from the norm. A bottle opener shaped like a spaceman and a pizza cutter shaped like a bicycle amongst other things Absolutely superb quality and much appreciated by my Grandson at uni. Who likes to stand out from the crowd. I ordered just before Christmas and all arrived in plenty of time.

Ordered a beach tote bag on 2nd Jan as a birthday present which was to be shopped from Spain to UK. I had a 10% welcome discount code that wasn’t working so I emailed their customer service and they gave me a new code to use but in the meantime I had to place the order to ensure it arrived in time. They kindly refunded me the amount I would’ve had discounted had the original code worked. It then arrived 5 working days later on 9th Jan just in time, great service.
I purchased a very nice backpack and everything went smooth and easy.

Like many below unless you are absolutely certain about what the size, fit and quality of what your buying is not worth it, the return process is imposible. These are small boutiques spread through Europe, which sounds awesome until you find yourself trying to figure out how to ship a box internationally without spending more money than what is supposed to get refunded. It would make much more sense for a business like Trouva to get shipping deals, provide labels like many other business do and pass a cost to the customer that still makes sense to return, otherwise consider that these purchases are non returnable in reality.
