Excellent Shopping Experience

What an excellent shopping experience with The Tub Collection. It started by ordering different swatches, which were delivered promptly, I then ordered a foyle accent chair in grey. I changed my mind & wanted it in yellow, they changed my order luckily before they were in stock. So had the yellow one delivered, I was kept informed of the delivery & I absolutely love the tub chair. Excellent quality, stylish & beautiful fabric, I first saw the chairs in a restaurant in our village & I asked who had supplied them & they told me The Tub Collection, so glad I looked them up on their website

This is the second tub chair I've had, the first was in the brown stripe and the second in the blue/brown stripe. The image colour online for the blue one looked more pastel shades rather than bright colours so was a bit of a shock on delivery! However, it is still lovely and very well made so we kept it. Would recommend.

This little chair was just what I was looking for, so I was delighted when I was given a phone call shortly after ordering to say that it would arrive in a few days. There were a couple of issues which were dealt with quickly and politely and I would be very happy to purchase from the Tub Collection again.

Chair lovely but seat hard as nails

Chair looks lovely but the seat is as hard as nails - very poor quality for the money. I have had to re-stuff it to make it usable

Very prompt delivery after ordering the tub chairs. Just the colour I wanted. They fit the space in a small room ideally and are comfortable to sit in. Great value for money.

My red tub chairs are lovely

My red tub chairs are lovely, and they look very expensive. Great customer service and excellent value. I especially liked the fact they came with a choice of light or dark wood legs.

The chair arrived earlier than I expected. it was fairly easy to unpack and to screw the legs on. The colour is just what I wanted and the chair is very comfortable. It is in my spare room and I am now using that room more because I often sit in the chair and read by my window.
