cant use two headset in same room, support very poor response

bought two headsets g2 700 for ps. they don't work in the same room as they interfere. Turtle Beach refusing to refund, due to timing they are less than the statory 1 year and in my view are not fit for purpose; even thought one pair cant be used with another and have closed my support case. I wouldnt be rushing to buy another product based in the support received for my issue

I have the £200 TurtleBeach stealth…

I have the £200 TurtleBeach stealth ultra controller, on paper it looks to be great piece of kit! anti drift, remappable buttons, ability to set deadzones on sticks to zero, cool RGB lighting, Lcd display with blutooth connectivity to your mobile phone etc etc. Reality is some what different, yes great Rgb, yes nice lcd screen, seems well built but ive had nothing but issues with it! The charging dock and dongle continuously lose connection which is a real issue when in a competitive online game, your left with a dead controller untill you can unplug dongle and wait for it to connect again by which time your dead in game! The social connectivity doesn't work with even the newest of samsung phones, so thats a feature i cant use. the remappping of the back buttons is very limited, unable to map buttons to keyboard keys which would be a vast improvement over other controllers instead can only remap other controller buttons. It all just feels like your not really getting anything worth £200! especially when a cheap controller i have does exactly same as the features i can use! bitterly disappointed and hoping Turtlebeach release an update to solve many of the issues?

The plastic part of the microphone…

The plastic part of the microphone broke on a pair of Turtle Beach gaming headphones I bought my son for $160. I disassemble the headset to find I spent $160 on about $1 worth of thin plastic, cheap circuit boards, and terrible soldering. The few small screws the headset had were stripped out, most of the headset is snap together and held together with glue. In my honest opinion this is the lowest quality electronic I have ever disassembled to this point in my life. Not sure if this is the standard of electronics these days but I wouldn't pay $5 for another pair of these brand new.

P!ss Poor Customer Service with Faulty Products

Terrible customer service. I spend over $200 on a headset to receive one with a faulty USB. Your poor customer service takes DAYS to respond and gather MINIMAL information that should take 10 mins TOPS to warrant a replacement piece, then you want to say it takes up to 2 weeks to ship out the new USB, and not on weekends becuase apparently this company is too good for that. This is BEYOND unacceptable when spending this much money on a headset! My household will be purchasing their headsets through another company moving forward, one with an actual customer service department. I run tech support for a software company, this whole experience has been extremely drug out and missed the mark by miles. Edit to response: The fact is it should not take 3 WEEKS FOR A RESOLUTION (especially after it took a WEEK for your "Rep" to gather very little information! I would receive a single response a day, you do not run customer service or tech support like this, especially with your prices. You charge a ridiculously high price for these headsets, you customer service does not reflect the pricing but clearly it reflects the QUALITY of your company/products, or should I say lack thereof, seeing as that is more appropriate with this experience as a WHOLE. Will not purchase from this company again but I will continue to share my experience with others. Have a great day!

After sales service is pathetic.

After sales service is pathetic, I bought a the Gen 2 700, and it stopped working after a year. I did get into contact with customer service, but there was absolutely no help from them. The guy said I must go and but new ones. Stay away from this product. Look it's a bid sad that you don't stand behind your product.

Disappointing product, great customer service

So the product was disappointing because it stopped working after 10 days. But the customer service was fantastic. Very helpful. Made doing the return as painless as possible and received the refund earlier than expected.

My Turtle Beach headset broke, so I contacted their customer service. They sent me easy instructions to fix it. When that didn't work, they sent me a new headset in just two days! Because of their helpfulness, I'll definitely buy from them again.
