Fast delivery and good price
I recently purchased a Sram DUB bottom bracket from Tweak Cycles. Package arrive quickly although they do charge for postage. Item arrived in good condition and was well packaged. Upon receiving the BB it became clear that it was not the BB I was after. I took another look at the product part number and spent quite a lot of time working my way through Sram compatibility and parts documents to confirm that I had in fact ordered the wrong part (so my bad). Whilst inconvenient it was not a disaster and I have ordered some additional spacers to make it work rather than going through the process of returning and paying for more postage. What really would have helped is rather than having a generic product description on the product page, including the BB specifics would have helped me identify what the true application of this BB was for and would have prevented a lot of time working out a solution to my issue. In this case including ROAD WIDE in the product description would have really helped!
