Buenos días, en febrero me compré dos camisetas de esta marca. Me escriben diciendo que la página estaba mal y que solo hay una de ellas. Me dan varias opciones y elijo recibir una en febrero y otra a finales de abril. Estamos a mediados de mayo y no sé nada sobre mi pedido. He mandado varios correos (5o 6) y NUNCA me han contestado. También les he llamado y dejado un mensaje en el contestador, al que no me han contestado. Esta es mi última opción antes de pensar que me han estafado.

My coat is perfect, lots of info on fit etc on the website, fast shipping, great quality and feel. Love to wear it. I also have a few other items of the brand already and am still satisfied with them.

I bought a polo neck in large for a comfortable fit; it was skin tight. The material was see through (for 39 euro i'd expect better). There was no stretch in the material and it sat above my hips. It wasn't good quality.

I have been buying from TwoThirds consistently over the last 3 years or so and found the experience very positive on all occasions! Love the quality of their clothes and I find the European fit much better than a lot of UK and mainstream brands. The clothes are definitely investment pieces but I find it worth it considering the materials, quality of sewing and customer service. The only downside is the range of sizes - I am a UK 12-14 and their extra large fits perfectly (sometimes runs a bit bigger if it's a top) so no problem for me, but wish they had more sizes to provide for bigger bodies too.
Unfortunately, I can't say anything about customer support because there obviously isn't any! I've already bought a few products from the brand and was always satisfied with the quality at first, but unfortunately the T-shirts fade after a year of wear, lose their shape or the seams come undone. I have always looked the other way. But when I bought a vest, it lost wool after the first wear and after several wears it is completely out of shape and still losing wool. This really annoys me as the products are not cheap. I informed Two Thirts about the defect via their customer form, unfortunately after 3 weeks still no answer. So I started a new attempt. But unfortunately still no answer after 6 weeks! But what can you expect from a label that advertises with pre-order when it is now listed with one of the largest online clothing retailers. I would have hoped for better support, high-quality and durable products from such a sustainable advertising brand
Got my first order from TWOTHIRDS yesterday. I was expecting great quality but their clothing exceeded my expectations. The colors, feel and cut of the clothes are absolutely amazing, and I for sure have found a new favorite when it comes to sustainable sources for clothing. Shipping to Romania was decent time wise. 10/10
The shirts I ordered are great. And I am a fan of the plastic free packaging.
