I have very long hair, I wash it twice a week and is must straight it to avoid freeze it takes me almost an hour. I got my Tymo last week and I love it! Took me 10 mins to do mi hair, 350 is the perfect temperature for me, I got so many compliments. I’m very happy with this purchase. Thank you Tymo!
Don't believe the online ad's, it doesn't straighten my very thin hair, only gets hot enough that I can hold in my hand, takes ages to charge and warm up to a dreadful temperature.
Just recently received my Tymo , if there are any doubters. Don’t doubt. I have blonde natural curly hair and I am amazed that it worked as described. I love mine.
I will never go back to a boring traditional straightener ever again. Now I am able to straighten my hair better and in less time. It also lasts to the next day. I have super dry hair so I can only wash it every other day and it always stays straight that next day. My other straighteners had to be used again the next morning. But not this one! And it doesn’t pull my hair!

I got the Tymo Pro but didn't hold out too much hope due to trying another brand straightening brush a while back and it was pointless. Well.....i don't use my diva edit straighteners any more! 🤣 My tymo pro is now my ride or die. Goes everywhere with me, just come back from a 2 week cruise and a quick brush through with my pro in the morning or evening and my hair was spot on! It's never let me down. Took some tutorial vids to learn exactly how to use it at first but I've never looked back! Now I want the portable tymo for my bag! 🤣 Definitely 10/10 from me (and my daughter)
I have osteoporosis in my wrist and using my old straightener caused a lot of pain in my hands and wrist. I bought the tymo to see if would be easier to use. I’m so glad I purchased it.
TYMO is the Best Love it!!! Never thought there was a tool out there that would work so perfectly in my curly coarse hair. Will be buying the TYMO RING PLUS next. THANK YOU TYMO!!!
Love Love Love my TYMO ring!! I have complicated hair and it takes way to long to straighten so I usually wear it naturally or in a bun. Today I just brushed my hair with the TYMO and voila! My hair is one brushed for the day but also so shiny and smooth from root to tip. Yep, I got emotional over a hair tool lol.
Terrible service…. It has been weeks I placed my order and yet to receive. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time or money My only regret is not reading the reviews first before purchasing SCAM COMPANY… AVOID AT ALL COST
Product doesn’t do what it says it does. It most certainly can’t compare to a good hair straightener. Don’t buy! Update: dear TYMO team I will reach out to customer service but this is not a rocket science machine. Your online adds show that ladies with very curly hair have good results and it barely heats up to straighten my mildly curly hair.
What a great addition to your daily routine, huge time saver and very beautiful and silky hair afterwards!!! If you are reading to decide then this is the message your were looking for - go get one!!!
I have purchased several products from TYMO and have been more than satisfied with the results from most of the products. I highly recommend the Airhype, Airflow, Ring, Curlgo & Ring Plus. Jury is still out on the Porta. Regrettably, I was not impressed with the Sway.
Product does not straighten the hair, it makes it very dry and more frizzy. My hair is thick although fairly straight, and after using it, it looks much worse than before, awful to the touch. I've placed bad review on this on the company page but was deleted. I saw other people mentioning their reviews being deleted. Please be aware.
I ordered last week with order number I go to shop to track and it doesn't show record of it but I have an email to track my product of shop app. I go to my tymo account and go to the help bot messenger I asked for the status of my straighters.It says what's your order number and then it repeats itself what's the issue, again I say I want to know the status of my order and again it asked me for the order number I type it again and even attach the order email and again it says what's my issue. I've screened shot everything. This is ridiculous cam someone please get in contact with me as soon as possible
Buyer beware. You have no consumer rights with Tymo. I bought a portable hair straightener in early February and now, 3 months later, the re-charging lead has split and the device is taking around 3-4 hours to re-charge and that charge lasts for two uses on very short hair. Tymo has offered my €5 refund on a £51 device!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Despite their kind words below my contact with their customer service only resulted in an offer of $5 for a replacement re-charge lead and no acknowledgment of the defective device.
I just got my curl go In The mail and I love it!!! It works so well, and easy to use for people who cant normally do their hair alone
I have both the plug in brush and the portable and absolutely love them, i initially bought them to use on my sons hair but then once I tried them I was hooked! I love them so much that I definitely will be buying these as gifts!
