Ordered two shirts for son's birthday, 5 weeks in advance. One shirt arrived (sold as new but has a small pen mark on it). The other shirt still hasn't arrived one month on. Order 1741058. Have had no contact from.store to alert of an issue. Just tracked order through their website (order tracking online did not work, unless you log in and then track in different online facility) to discover they have "supplier issues" and a delivery date cannot be given!! But it didn't stop them charging for the item, and they haven't even tried to contact me to alert me of the issue or offer a refund. Awful service.

Still waiting for my order after 10 days paid for delivery 3 - 5 days. No contact from shop to why the delay. If ordering for a present be aware Oder will not arrive on time.
Very poor quality and poor customer service. The socks received were all frayed and thread showing on the front not good quality. Company not willing to return.

STAY AWAY Horrible place to order from. The item I ordered was defective after 3 hours. Cheap printing and very cheap quality. If you order a xl t shirt and a xl jumper becareful as on will come bigger than the other even though I ordered same size. When I contacted customer service they offered me a refund for the shipping costs but not the item even after sending in photos of the defective item.
