Paid for one day delivery on a Tuesday for simething required on the Saturday. It showed up the following Monday. Pretty poor.

They sent the wrong blinds and have not credited me for incorrect blinds and two delivery charges. Very disappointed

Apparently I had a pool delivered 5 days ago 🤷♀️ nope been waiting, promised grandson it be here this week!!! I have the pool cover which was left behind my bin, and I have the shoes, and ugg baby gift, disappointed to say the least

I should have received my order on tuesday as I paid extra for a certain date. The tracking states it was sent to the incorrect depot and has now been sent back to Very, so I'm not even sure if it will get sent to me or the money just put back onto my account, when I actually just want the items I have ordered. I haven't even had any emails informing me of what is happening with my order. I also have a pair of shorts that was ordered at the same time and they still haven't been dispatched yet! I've always used Very and never had any problems like this before. It's hard to get in contact as well, as I hate speaking on the phone.

I get accepted for a £3500 credit limit! Great! Let's make use of the 20% off credit order for the new phone I want . NOPE. I order 3 phones and the order is rejected. Clearly because the 20% is too generous on their end. Furious. Marked my credit file with a rejection all because they can't stomach a £450 discount. Don't bother with Very.
Ordered a Levi’s T-shirt in size small. Original order was 3 days late as it was “miss directed” and when it arrived it was the wrong size (S ordered, XL received). Called Very to explain the problem, reordered replacement, replacement has just arrived and wrong size has been delivered again! (XL instead of S) even though both packages have a big XL sticker on them! I have no confidence that if I order it again I will get the correct size? Now out of pocket for 2 T-shirts, both of which now have to be returned. Could you please investigate? Item number is VT6JP
