Slight delay in confirming delivery date but prompt and engaging responses to my query (2no calls and follow-up emails received from Liam Bennion and Olivia Bott).
I started a live chat but lost contact . Within a few minutes I had been contacted by phone to help with my enquiry . Paresh patel was extremely helpful and solved my problem , he was a pleasure to talk & had a lovely voice 😊
Disappointed that I booked and paid for Specific Day Delivery but it arrived 4 days later! Brandon Kelly arranged for a refund of this cost however it still put our project behind schedule.

I ordered some tile samples to help with the decision for my bathroom but the samples that arrived were just a very small part of each tile, you couldn't even see the pattern on it. Even the border tile was cut in half, right in the middle of the pattern, so you couldn't have any idea of how it would actually look like. In sum, I don't recommend buying samples from them (also they're quite expensive for samples to be honest, Homebase for example charges £1 per sample and you get a full size tile).
When a problem arises it is how it is dealt with that shows your value. Great work and thank you! 👍

Yeah you are OK in terms of choice and easy to use website, I have spent a lots of money with you guys over the last 4-5 years but have NOT received any loyalty discount.... Just paid £180 for a bath panel and that's without the delivery I would rather you included the delivery charge within the price and not show it separately as it always seems to smack me on the face at the checkout

Easy searches and access to instruction booklet
