I found what I wanted and the delivery worked well. There was an import tax to pay but it was quickly refunded. A very positive first purchase using Vinterior

Vinterior puts fees on both customer and seller. They charge the seller 20% and the customer 10% for every item. This seems ridiculous and unfair to those who use it as a platform to sell and buy. It is also not clear about these fees until you go to purchase your item. Very disappointing and has put me off using them again.

A great item of furniture was sourced and delivered - from Czechia!! Only the internet could do such a thing. Thank you Vinterior. It even arrived weeks before an item bought on the same day from another company but still not delivered yet! Excellent service
The item was a handbag mirror and charges added over 40% to cost with excessive postage and the Vinterior charge. I wrote to Vinterior about it but they were far more interested in winning a pedantic point than accepting my valid point. I purchase over 500 vintage items a year off the internet. Not impressed by Vinterior. The item was great though so no complaints with the vendor, just with the way Vinterior dug their heels in over a small amount of money with my valid point, in order to win the argument. They act as agents for some vendors, I guess, so should have engaged more with what I was telling them in my opinion. More interested in proving they are right than actually satisfying the customer on this occasion. I gave them a fair chance to respond before writing this review.

I was very happy with the personal service I received from Vinterior. They replied promptly and kept me informed about my delivery.
The seller was very communicative, and when we had a little issue with the delivery date she and Vinterior resolved it. I am delighted with my new (pre-loved) desk, although it does have some previous damage not specified at point of sale.
