I was pleased with my purchase (kibble), but was not entirely happy with the delivery, which came as effectively 3 separate orders. A simple email to say it would arrive separate would have helped - and saved a few emails. The implication on the arrival of the first bag (2 days ahead of the other 2 identical bags) was that the order was complete.

Terrible service, waited over 12 days on an order with no contact from VioVet, support service even worse, I finally got through by phone, was offered no apology or explanation, only that the order would be re dispatched. Meanwhile had to go and buy the dog food locally.

Never had a big issue with Viovet, great range of products and 95% of the time its in stock. Obviously sometimes if its not in stock (not their fault) but it would be helpful to know if the order has been delayed due to a product being delayed. Would happily chose an alternative or remove it
The first time I ordered it took about 3 weeks to be delivered but this time it only took 4 days so I see that as a improvement.
First time ordering with this company and what a mess!! We ordered prescription medication for our dog and we’re told it had been sent by Royal Mail 24 , 4 days later still no parcel so we rang Royal Mail who told us Viovet had paid for the postage but not actually sent the parcel ?!! We rang Viovet who told us Royal Mail were lying ??!!! Yet still no parcel and now our dog who is epileptic has no medication and we are £96 out of pocket !! Very poor customer service steer clear of this company !
I ordered a dog lead and harness from Viovet. The delivery was slow, but they arrived and were good quality. But the dog harness did not fit so I needed to return it for a refund. Then the trouble started. I sent it back, and then nothing happened. Their website said the telephone wait time was 20 minutes, which is awful, but I tried to join the queue anyway. But their phone would not accept my call. So I emailed them. No answer. So I emailed again and received a response that they were issuing my refund, and I should wait a few days to see it in my account. Then nothing, no money arrived. So I tried to call - not possible again. Then I emailed again, to be told that they had not yet received my return. I tried to call again to say that they had in fact received my return. They knew this as previously they had said that they had processed my refund. But no luck again. So I emailed again. No reply. So I emailed again, more forcefully this time, saying that if I did not get my refund I would take more formal action. This time I received a reply saying that my refund was now being processed. And a few days later I finally got the money. In all, it took almost 5 weeks and 5 emails to get my refund. My conclusion => Avoid Viovet. If everything goes well you will be OK. But if you need to contact them about anything, then expect a lot of hassle. There are other better suppliers out there.
£157 out of pocket despite having email to prove my items were not received and them saying they will issue a refund within 2-3 days, but 4 weeks later I am still awaiting the refund! They gave FALSE proof of delivery to PayPal with not even the correct order number and it was to someone quite a way away on my street and not even my name nevermind my address! Absolutely despicable robbing me of £157.00!
Received the Joint Force quicker than expected, and the price is great!
I got the product at a good price and it was free delivery, however I paid for a faster delivery and it never came any faster than the original time. Happy otherwise.
First and last order, Shockingly poor customer service fromVioVet. I ordered worming tablets for a 6kg cat. When they arrived the box was correct however the tablets inside were for large (17.5kg) dogs!! Sent initial email out pictures attached. Nothing. Sent a second email requesting I send pictures. Already sent. Sent a third email. Nothing. Tried to call for 5 days. Always extremely busy and 14th in the queue. Messages on Instagram, advised to call!!!!! Gave my order number over Instagram and got an email saying they had provided a return label. Nothing else. 3 emails later, requesting a refund and some acknowledgment that had I not checked the medication there could have been severe consequences for my cats. ‘We apologise, but sometimes there are mix ups with medications/boxing in the warehouse’??!! I totally understand that, but the length of time to reply and the total lack of understanding or acceptance on their behalf was POOR to say the least!! Very, very disappointing experience.
