Used this company for years, never a problem, kind courteous and not trying to sell you stuff you don't need, like new glasses when you eyesight test shows your sight hasn't deteriorated....in short I trust them.
Happy customer! I had a visit to Port Glasgow store. I seen Helena the optician who explained what was happening and answered any questions I had. She was really lovely. The two female store assistants that helped me that day are a credit to your company. Friendly, approachable and truthful when asking opinions on glasses. I was very happy with the help in choosing glasses. They knew I had lost my glasses so called me as soon as 1 out of the 2 pairs ordered were ready. Which I must say was a very quick turnaround of 2 days! I have also taken my two daughters here over the last couple of months and all visits have been the same. Highly recommend this store.

Staff were so friendly and helpful! I was going for an eye test due to noticing some issues with my eyes and the optician helped me understand what was causing the issues and how to treat them effectively. The staff tested my current glasses from a different company to see if my prescription had changed (which it had) but didn’t pressure me into getting new glasses due to only being a slight change. When I decided I was going to get some new glasss they gave me space and time to have a look at frames but when I asked for some help and advice with costs of them they were helpful with payment plans and different options to suit my taste.
Staff all lovely. Very good treatment. I have only one small gripe if honest. am a blue light holder so apparently I can get 20 per cent of my bill. That could have been very useful to me given my bill but no signs up in the shop or not asked. I never like to ask to embarrass the staff but a colleague told me I could have used my card in your shop. Disappointed!

Best place for your eye tests etc I went to specksavers to be told my eyes where fine I went to vision express who did things effectively and efficiently and found out I was losing my peripheral vision and also had a stigmatic eye will not go anywhere else
