I love my new contacts the lenses came literally in less than 24 hrs so I got to wear them the day I got them I recommend 100%
I needed contact lenses before the bank holiday for a hiking trip and so ordered with time to spare. However Royal Mail did not attempt delivery, immediately returned it to sender and Vision Direct have still not replied to the email I sent 2 weeks ago to their help email. Really disappointed as they say "fantastic customer service is always a top priority". I work in customer experience and can't believe I've been ignored for so long.
i am getting updated all the time about my products and receive immediate response when I ask.

Response to response Why are you assuming everyone would want them urgently? and only giving people who are not in a rush no other options ?! but even at £3.98 for next day it is still massively overpriced for a pack of contact lenses. Your loss though as I will not be purchasing from you purely cos of the expensive postage price .. ------------------------------------- £3.99 is ridiculous price for a box of contact lens P&P, It would be around £1.35 Royal Mail Large letter plus 10p for a padded envelope..
