Can’t place my order, can’t use my points, I am missing the double points offer, no decent help online, no phone numbers. If you can’t be bothered to help me, I can’t be bothered to order.
Unfortunately after two weeks use I developed erratic heartbeat and palpitations ended up in A&E twice did try contact vitabiotics just an answer machine where you can't leave a message!
Productvarrived at time and good quality
The product is good so I subscribed - however it was out of stock for several months/ I didn’t receive anything during that time but then was inundated with it later- not consistent and there was no communication . I have now cancelled

Package arrived with a different item. Possible changed in transit so not vitabiotics fault. New parcel sent out and delivered to wrong address no where near me. It was a long wait for my product so had to go to Holland and barret

Very fast delivery, very neat boxing but the prices are a little high . I like the special offers and giving us points for buying supplements. I didn't give five star because it is always something to get improved.
