I ordered a pair of boots prior to my trip to Scotland, but they ended up being a size too large & the next size down of out of stock. I sent them back using the included shipping label the day I left home but it had been 3 weeks with no refund or notification of return received. I got on the customer service chat on the website, gave them my order number & initial tracking number, and explained the issue. Reem found my order & immediately processed a refund! The boots also happen to be back in stock in my size today too, so I will be ordering again ASAP.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude d'écrire des avis mais je pense que celui ci est nécessaire pour faire avancer ma situation. En effet, j'ai acheté des chaussures fin mars que j'ai reçu 7 jours après (malheureusement elles étaient trop petites) je les ai renvoyer. Aujourd'hui aucun remboursement n'a été effectué. De plus, j'ai recommandé des chaussures à la bonne taille le 10 avril. Cependant, elles sont bloqué dans le Michigan sans retour du service client. Après de multiples relances par mail, toujours sans réponse. Avez vous déjà été dans cette situation ?!

The positive thing first: The product itself is great if you have no issues. The negatives: Everything takes ages and is not state of the art for a modern online business. The returns procedure is complicated and I find the necessity for a printer and paper waste inappropriate. The shipment of my shoes already took 8 days. Then I had an issue with the shoes and in general response times were long and all I usually got is „we are worth the wait“. I was promised a replacement once I forwarded the returns receipt. Not only did I do this but the return has arrived 12 days ago by now and still no reply nor a replacement on the way. As I ran out of patience, I asked for a refund and also got no reply so far. In total 6 weeks have passed since I spend money on a rather pricey product I am still unable to use. Will stay away from this brand in the future and if need be will have to get my money back via paypal.

My feet in love with my Vivobarefoot hiking boots

I am in love with my Vivobarefoot Tracker II boots. They are amazingly comfortable. They have wide, roomy toe bed which is key for me, especially when doing long, 10 mile hikes. They're as light as a feather and flexible. I got them about 6 months ago and started wearing then for short distances so that my foot could adjust to thee minimal support, but they felt so wonderful on, that it was hard taking them off. I wish I could wear them to work!

I feel ridiculous writing this, but read it!!!

If I could give VivoBarefoot 30 stars I would! I feel ridiculous even saying that. I don't like writing reviews and most of the time companies take advantage of consumers rather than help them. VivoBarefoot has by far showcased some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention the quality of the shoes makes placing them at number easy. I had an issue with the sizing of an out-of-stock item and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. It felt like the person on the support side actually cared about what I needed and wanted to help me achieve my goals. It sounds stupid, and cliche, I sound like a plant I know. lol But that is just what it felt like. It was such a smooth process, and I never felt like they were taking advantage of my situation. Most businesses make it glaringly obvious that all they want from you is money. VivoBarefoot made it clear today that what they wanted was a relationship and they have earned one!! My only tip to the consumer, buy a few pairs and maybe size up a tad to ensure you get the fit you need, but this is definitely the company to do it with!!

My children have worn their shoes and boots for several years now. They look great and are very comfortable. This time the boots were faulty and I must say the customer service team went above and beyond to make it right. They're quick, getting help is straightforward and warranty on shoes is generous. Great customer service

I already own a pair of vivo shoes (love them) and was considering purchasing the sandals. I tend to have my heels move around in shoes if they're not backing onto anything so i reached out to customer service to see if they could guide me. Reem was so helpful, friendly and it felt like chatting with a friend which was nice. While they couldn't help me exactly with my question since they haven't had alot of feedback about this specific issue with current customers, they did remind me of the 100 day trial that applies to any order made. I thought it had only applied to my first order so having this reassurance was so helpful. Will definitely be buying the sandals and hopefully my heels don't move!
