Prompt delivery .. well packaged but chain knotted and took 15-20 mins to untangle before we could give it as a 89th birthday present to my mum .

I was initially sent the wrong strap and clasp. The proper strap was meant to be sent with the clasp fitted and it came separate. I am now still waiting on the Bell & Ross BR01 pin to cone for my watch as it snapped when I was trying to assemble it.....I'm still waiting.
We visited the shop and upstairs cafe on 28th April . There was so much beautiful jewellery to browse we couldn’t decide what to choose so after returning home I purchased a lovely necklace online . The service from Hamonds was excellent and my necklace arrived the following day . The only criticism came with the tracker service from Royal Mail which gave no information whatsoever as to where my parcel was or even if they had received it and I had been given a tracker number on the invoice .
I saw the Swarovski bangle I was looking for at such a low price in the sale I bought it, when it arrived it was better than the photos well packaged arrived on time tracked all the way the whole process was easy and exceptional 😀

I would give 0 stars if I could. Been waiting 5 months on a watch they never had in stock and every month it's another month.. Finally give in and ask for my money back as they have had it for 5 months and they are reluctant to give my money back now!! I'm having to keep contacting them for my refund. Company is full of empty promises and Tom the sales person Is full of lies and deceit with his broke promises. Worst shopping experience ever and they carry on like a grey market seller advertising items they don't have in stock.

Item arrived very quickly, gift box not really very nice, pendant attached to bland strange mushroom coloured cardboard, did not set off necklace at all, ordered another gift box with black velvet backing. Looks much better. Also waiting for Emma to get back to me, with the measurements of another item, don't seem in any rush
Visited your York store on Sunday to get my wife a gift, as I was holidaying solo. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Karen asked me what kind of jewellery my wife liked and pointed me in the right direction. I'm happy to say my wife is over the moon with my choice.
There was an issue with the amount of time that my order was taking to be dispatched. I ended up having to call customer services. The young man was very good ( wish i could remember his name as he deserves recognition). He was able to find out what was happening and realised that the workshop would have been prioritising items for the shop as the goth weekend was coming up. He was however able to message the workshop asking them to prioritise my order. After this my order was with me after 3 days.
