The quality of Walker and Hunt clothing is second to none. Wear well, wash well and feel so good. Would highly recommend but in addition their customer service is absolutely outstanding. The minor issue with the order received was resolved quickly and professionally over email by the company. Within 2 working days, the company had arranged for the order that I had the issue with to be collected and for a replacement to be delivered to me.

Couldn’t be more dissatisfied if I tried. 6 months ago, I tried to order the leather weekend bag and wash bag. After days of nothing. I contacted them ( using their utterly useless website chat - most people have a phone ! ) and I was then told my products weren’t coming as they were out of stock - so Walker and Hunt took my money knowing full well there was no stock to send out. I then cancelled the order. So, this now leads me to the present day. I placed the exact same order on Tuesday evening. We are now on Friday, delivery still hasn’t come and no one has bothered responding me via their utterly useless website help. This present is for my Downs brother who I have now had to tell him that he won’t be getting the present he so wanted - all because Walker and Hunt cannot get their act together. They are a premium brand using the best courier in the country and this is the service I get ??? There are much more well known brands out there who can perform a hell of a lot better. Can’t imagine I will ever use this company again , even if the goods do ever turn up. Express delivery - what, is it being delivered by a horse and cart ?????
