Great service with free returns! As this was my first purchase with Walk London i contacted them before ordering to check about returns and as wasnt dure of sizing i ordered the same shoe in 3 sizes. my usual size 10 was a perfect fit. Simple and Free returns on the 2 unwanted sizes. Shoes look good and fit very well. On the downside, there was a very strong and not very pleasant smell from them when opening the box, its taking a long time for it to fade.

I Bought a size 8 ladies black sandals for my wife but unfortunately they are not sized properly. The sandals are not made for wide feet. They are more suitable slim feet. They need to be made to accommodate people with wide feet
Wow! Fantastically packed with the shoes smelling brand new. The shoes themselves were as I had hoped, cushioned sole and perfect navy suede, even the tassels were carefully preserved in a little wrap. Now I have tested Walk London I can go and buy the other shoes that I didn’t want to buy before I tried this brand. It’s easy to give 5 stars for this company. Well done.
The items I bought are for my husband to go on our honeymoon. He absolutely loves them. The leather is so soft so no problems with blisters or sores.
