Absolutely inpecible service from Luke and all of the team at WoS Broadgate. Walking into a luxury watch boutique can be incredibly daunting but Luke always make you feel welcome, gives honest advice and will always go out of his way to assist. Having previously purchased from other boutiques/dealers I have never felt the same warmth and respect that Luke offers. I would recommend him and WoS Broadgate team without hesitation and will not be going anywhere else for further purchases!

I am very disappointed with the Brent Cross store as I been trying to purchase a Rolex from them, i bought a DJ2 when the store was Frazier Hart so im sure if that counts towards purchase history, i believe it doesn’t, but since the store has been Watches of Switzerland i purchased a Datejust 41 and have had my name down for a few stainless steel sports models. The salesperson that sold me my DJ41 was very nice and I had a great experience at the time, he was down as looking after me but unfortunately he left, its been 2 and a half years now since that purchase so when im in the shopping centre I’ve been popping into the store to say hi and for any updates with my potential next purchase. To my disappointment the lady I sat down with said because Hamid had left there was no one down as “looking after me” so she said don’t worry I make you my client, fair enough but surely there should be a system in place for when this kindve thing happens, customers shouldn’t just be forgotten about and left in limbo, any adding to my disappointment I went in there about a month or two later and sat down with another salesperson and asked if he could give me an update, to my shock he told me again that “no one was looking after me” ? and he assigned me to someone else! This left me feeling very confused, disheartened and disappointed among other feelings, i found this all being very unprofessional and unfair especially as if I weren’t popping into the store I’d have no one assigned to me and I wouldn’t even know about it but also because I was told before the lady was looking after me but found out she wasn’t plus the salesperson Hamid was looking after me but had left so even now the supposedly someone else is looking after me I have no trust or confidence that that really is the case.

After spending many tens of thousands across the different Watches of Switzerland businesses over the past years I'll be taking my purchase elsewhere. I bought my wife a Cartier watch online for Xmas. Watch came alongside a gift card for £250. I used the gift card as part payment against a Montblanc pen as a present for my sister's birthday. Delivery was stated as 7 days. I chased the order up after 2 weeks to be advised the pen was on its way to my local branch via the warehouse. A week after that (and a day before my sister's birthday) no pen had arrived, I raised this with the WOS online team including the fact this now meant that at short notice I now had to find an alternative gift for my sister and they arranged a refund of the cash I'd paid and said they'd return the gift card balance to my gift card. No real apologies for the inconvenience, no attempt to try and understand why the delay happened. Anyway I received the cash but the gift card balance wasn't restored. I queried this with the online team who said to wait 3-5 working days but they'd escalate to the refunds team. After this time, still no balance restored. I've then chased them another 3 times after this (it's been over a month) and had no reply at all. Nada. It's as if they are ignoring my emails. Absolutely shocking customer service from the online team for such a relatively small purchase and as a result I'll be in touch with my local Goldsmiths, Tudor Boutique and Mappin & Webb branches (all part of the Watches of Switzerland group) to ask them to close my accounts down. Spend your money with Bucherer or Chisholm Hunter instead, at least they care about their long standing customers.

For the second time in eighteen months I recently placed an order, in person, for a particular Longines Conquest model. The first time - in 2022 - I was assured that the order had been placed and would take only a matter of two or three days to be delivered to the Knightsbridge Branch from another London branch. However, after repeatedly chasing up the order over a period of weeks I was eventually informed that the model I had ordered was not available. The money I had paid at the time of ordering was then refunded to my debit card account. The second time, having placed my order on 22 April 2024, I was told that it would be delivered within two or three days from the branch at Heathrow airport. Two weeks later I was informed that the Heathrow branch had said that there was no trace of my order, although my debit card had made full payment at the time of purchase. It was only through the efforts of Joshua Cordoba, the Knightsbridge branch consultant who had on both occasions dealt with these orders - and whose handling of the matter on my behalf was exemplary, courteous and unfailingly sympathetic - that I was eventually able to collect my new watch on 7 May 2024. I find it difficult to understand how two utterly straightforward transactions could have been beset by such inexplicable problems. On both occasions I had purchased and paid for a watch which, although not in stock at the Knightsbridge showroom, was available and ready for delivery from another London branch. I must emphasise, once more, that no blame whatsoever for this lamentable state of affairs, on either occasion, can attach to Joshua whose assistance on my behalf was thoroughly professional and beyond reproach.
Fantastic service with Alex at WOS Knightsbridge, the next watch I buy will be at this store with Alex.
