Seconda recensione per truffa

In merito alla mia prima recensione su Watch shop per un acquisto fatto il 29 di aprile e di un orologio completamente diverso da quello da me ordinato mi dite di contattarvi direttamente cosa che ho fatto, ma voi non rispondete per la risoluzione del problema. Questa di chiama truffa, per pochi spiccioli fate solo pena. Siete solo ridicoli.

Allora ragazzi non comperate orologi da loro, sono talmente truffatori che anche il sito trustpilot ne hanno creato uno a DOC, spediscono orologi e creano canali telegram dove non c'e contradditorio, allora lasciate perdere sono truffatori carogne.

Made a purchase and received no confirmation email of purchase. The next day I recieved EVRI email - expecting Sports direct parcel and when I logged into my accont order was visible. But the next day when i wanted to log in into my account i got system message that they are improving web page customer experience and that i have to change my password, and that passw change link was sent to my email. Which it wasn't. I still couldn't log in so i pressed reset password link and the reset link also never arrived. I tried several times but no luck. Now I'm receiving message stating the email address or password I had entered was incorrect, gave my email address multiple times and although they stated it had been resent a few times I still had nothing through. I contacted CS, got reply next day from Sopiko (useless Sopiko!!!) asking for my full name and billing data, when I sent it and also asked for invoice i got silence!!! The same issue as Michelle wrote below!! It's been 3 days of silence, and i have parcel handed over to EVRI but no order confirmation neither invoice! I'm from Croatia so I can be facing customs inquiries as i have no proof of submited IOSS. Solve my problem and answer my ticket nr. [#11939299] ASAP.

Made a purchase and received no confirmation email of purchase. Had contact from the Facebook page and via email, stating the email address I had entered was incorrect, gave my email address multiple times and although they stated it had been resent a few times I still had nothing through. Paid for next day delivery and my watch wasn’t delivered! So I’m now £300 out of pocket and my partner has no 40th birthday present

Truffatori!!!...rispondono qui su trustpilot per far vedere che loro si rendono disponibili, ma non è vero niente...nessuno si è fatto realmente sentire ad oggi e si sono tenuti i soldi senza rimborso..non comprate niente da loro!!!

Avoid.... stolen my watch returned for repair!!!

Please avoid like the plague. Returned a watch for repair under the guarantee as advised. Sent by special delivery 6 weeks ago and I have had NO update regarding this. I have chased via 'that's function several times to be told it's being escalated to the right team for an update. They have STOLEN my watch. I have proof of delivery back to them.. yet no update or reply. Am absolutely furious. This was a special gift that failed on first use. Will be involving authorities now. Total customer failure. Please avoid. They just want your cash not your loyalty!!!

This is now my 4th negative Trustpilot review and I will continue writing them until I receive my refund. You will see the response to my last review hasn’t been acknowledged, it’s just a standard response they’ve sent which is probably just copied and pasted. I’ve now sent 6 emails with all the order information to customer services and I’ve had no replies back. It’s absolutely shocking! Please don’t buy anything from Watch Shop. You’ll not get your money back if you have any issues - be warned.

Awful customer service - AVOID

This is the 3rd negative review I have left Watch Shop. The responses I have received from my last two reviews have asked I provide more information which I have responded through email as requested with order number etc. I have sent yet another email with all the details of the order so I await the next response!

Stay clear of this website

Please stay clear of ordering anything from Watch Shop. I returned a watch which wasn’t the same as the image advertised and still haven’t received a refund one month down the line. They just ignore emails and their customer service is non existent. I am £150 out of pocket but will not let this go. I’ll take them to small claims court if need be! In all my years of purchasing online and returning goods I’ve never experienced anything like this.

Never buy of this website!!!!! Bought a watch and still not here been ages waiting for absolutely disgusting service! They don’t reply and ignore you!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Will be taking them to court!

Poor customer service

Bought a watch for my son on the 29/3 and was delighted it arrived quickly! My son decided he was going to return it as the watch was more of a black colour, he thought it was dark grey. I posted it back special/signed delivery and it was received 3 weeks ago today. Unfortunately I still haven’t received my refund and I have now sent 3 emails asking for an update. This is unacceptable! Surely it’s common courtesy to respond to customers with an update on THEIR money. I will now have to look into what my next steps are to get my money back. I would NOT recommend buying from Watch Shop unfortunately!

Poor customer service

I have returned a watch as it was faulty, I followed all of the advice on the website, I was advised by someone on the customer service team that they had no more in stock and that I would be refunded. I returned the watch and requested to be reimbursed the postage costs as the watch was faulty. 13 days later I sought an update as I had heard nothing from them, even though the website states they will let you know once they receive the watch. I was told they had received the watch, and after doing some tests they said the watch wasn’t faulty but they would issue a refund. I have requested that the watch is returned to me if it isn’t faulty. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still don’t have the watch or a refund. I’ve spoken to the customer service team and allowed the stated time frames, I’ve requested a supervisor call back (hasn’t happened) and I’ve requested an explanation of what is causing the delay a number of times. Finally, this morning, Charlotte on the customer service team advised the delay was due to managers going through orders that were placed before Fraser Group took over! A very poor excuse indeed, considering they took over in January and my order was placed in March. I cannot for the life in me understand what the delay is, all they need to do is return the watch or issue a refund! Had Charlotte been helpful and not replied with a rude, frustrated email, this negative review wouldn’t be here. Maybe a good coaching point for Charlotte’s TL and maybe now the people in charge may give the customer service team a jump start to resolve my problem!

Do Not Return Your Watch For Repair.

Bought watch for son's 21st in May 23. Returned at start of Dec 23 with fault. Late Jan 24 asked for progress of repair, reply was 'I can see that on the screenshot you are returning a shoe item'. Over 4 months now waiting, lost patience. Asked for refund by today....nothing received, last recourse small claims court. Order number is WSGB00114794443 In regards to having no contact details, please note that I've counted at least 16 emails in my inbox regarding this matter.
