Aspecto positivo: a entrega rápida dos produtos pedidos. Aspecto negativo: quando há informação que o produto está em stock e depois está esgotado e tem de cancelar esse item.

The plastic compass cover I ordered was black and a red pull string for taking it off, the one that arrived was grey with no string and I couldn’t be bothered try to go to the hassle of sending it back and emailing whoever, it was a no reply email anyway, not happy this time

La chaqueta llegó bien y tardó menos de lo habitual en esta tienda aunque el modelo no es actual lo cual no sería un problema si se pudiera saber al hacer la compra. El mismo producto mostraba imágenes de distintas versiones.

Don’t use this company, absolute cowboys. Ordered goods on 2 May with paid for 48hr Royal Mail delivery. They said they shipped with post NL which I don’t now believe. Contacted them and got feeble responses. Now it turns out the package is in Girona in Spain 6 days later. I guess they don’t know geography as you don’t go to the UK from the Netherlands via Spain. Their support is terrible. I think they are scammers don’t use them. Think I will report them to trading standards. Maybe if they see this they will respond to me or I will contact my bank and report fraud.

I’m always a little wary when placing my first order with a mainland Europe based company. How long will delivery take? Will I get stung by import duties? Etc etc. But I am very pleased to state that not only did Waveinn offer the best price for my item, but delivery was quick and all duties had been taken into account. I will have no hesitation about placing a second order.
Delivery was supposed to be after 7th May due to long weekend. Delivery occurred on Saturday with no-one to accept so items were thrown over the fence and left in the sun and rain for three days.

Prices were reasonable, delivery was longer than their date given and despite joining Route and paying extra for protection, I was unable to track my parcel.
