Had an issue with items missing after my parcel was damaged in transit. Within 24 hours it had been investigated with replacement items sent whilst being kept in the loop throughout. Brilliant customer service (and thank you David!)
Tala were excellent helping me when the usual mix up at my local post office happened and my item didn't arrive. David was extremely helpful and communicative and sent the item again with fast delivery so I could have it before my holiday. Excellent customer service!

Clothes are great quality. I did return a few items just because they didn't suit me. I made an error with the return but the customer service team were fantastic and got back to me within a few hours of my email. Definitely buying from them again x

Ordered their new Trench coat and the size is different than stated. My size is S, UK 6-8 and the coat looked on me like it's XXL. I have contacted the support about the return, telling them about the issue, and attached the pictures. THEY WILL NOT ADMIT THE SIZE IS WRONG. Funny enough, there were multiple comments under their social media coat posts saying the same thing, that the size is absolutely wrong and you have to buy at least 2 sizes smaller. Sadly I ordered just when it was released, so did not have a chance to see that. I sent them the screenshots of these comments, and SURPRISE SURPRISE today they are no longer there. They will not cover my return shipping expenses and will not provide the label (which is around 30 EUROS). Very disappointing experience. Prices might be premium, but not the customer service 🙂
