Really good customer service. Got in touch because subscription payments can be made every 4 or 5 weeks but calendar payment suit me better. Really quick, friendly reply and all sorted. Can't speak yet for the effectiveness of the product (vegan pro-collagen) but it definitely tastes A LOT better than the other two I've tried!
I have ordered vegan collagen and vegan omega 3. I love that it is entirely plant-based and contains no bad stuff or artificial additives. As a vegan myself I would not compromise on taking fish Omega 3 nor collagen just for the sake of taking it. It feels like my brain is much happier 🙂 I meditate daily so I can focus better during my practice, I feel more present, calm and content. My skin and hair feels softer and velvety. My natural curls aren't frizzy which shows they are hydrated. Skin feels supple and it has only been over a month since I am taking these. I make sure I am taking them vigilantly and not skipping days because consistency is a key in taking supplements. ”
I have been their customer for 8 months. I found them through their vegan collagen product, and I am now obsessed with all of their products! Their loyalty points system got me even more obsessed with them because you will get a variety of their products free as you shop! They never disappointed me. Plus, they have such professional customer service; I had a problem with my bundle delivery, and they fixed it immediately! I don't know such a professional company with a whole range of vegan, cruelty-free, plastic-free supplement products! Please make more products!
Been taking the multivitamin for years now. Great product.
This company are brilliant at communication. I had a delivery issue and they responded very quickly and generously. All was resolved ( not their fault at all ) and I felt like they actually cared about their customers. How refreshing! Yet to use my order but very hopeful for good results.
I have been using FEEL Multivitamin's now for over 2 years. It has made my hair so much thicker and stronger / longer. My friends and hairdresser have noticed too! At less than 80 pence per day a girl can't live without these.

After taking the menopause supplements for over 3 months I can say I'm definitely feeling calmer and less anxious. Sleep has also improved which is a huge relief. This is the 3rd product I've tried. 2 other well known brands I tried each for a year but could not feel any discernable difference. Delighted that Feel has made a positive difference in a short amount of time. Full recommend!
Fab customer service and great product. I feel like I’ve definitely found the vitamins that work for me and the website definitely helped me figure that out. Very informative and it’s obvious a lot of research goes into their ingredients. Very impressed.

Everyone is always plugging HRT. Whenever I mentioned hot flashes or night sweats people would ask me incredulous are you not on HRT? Never got on well with the pill, or the Mirena coil I’ve always been reticent to start HRT. I came across Feel menopause as an alternative and decided to try it. It does take awhile I think to feel the effects and I have been on it for quite some time now but I really feel like it’s making a difference. My night sweats have disappeared and I hardly have any hot flashes. I really recommend trying it” I also use the Vegan Collagen powder and my skin feels so much firmer - I really rate it and can see a real difference. Feel are great - their customer service team are really reactive - their loyalty point system has meant I have been able to try a number of different products as a free gift and I really think they are good value for money!!
Great supplements! I'm on my third bottle of the Multivitamin and I'm finding it excellent! The customer service is fantastic. I've just exchanged emails with Amy and she's been very helpful and professional.
I had chemotherapy and lost all of my hair and I started taking Feel hair tablets and my hair has grown back amazingly well and I put it down to these tablets. They are so effective and my hair is longer and thicker than before. A great product and I am recommending them to everyone! I also take the Immunity tablets as due to my cancer I have a severely compromised immune system and these really help me. I am over the moon that I found Feel and their amazing products and the customer service is excellent

Can’t yet comment on the product as I’ve only just received it but the customer service received during the process of making the purchase was great. I struggled getting the discount code to work correctly and the Team helped me get it sorted, I was kept informed throughout and they were really pro active.
Great product. I'm on my 3rd month of Menopause capsules and I do feel that they're starting to give me more clarity and fewer sweats! The only down side (which isn't really) is that because you're advised to take them after food, I occasionally forget as I with my previous supplement I used to take them every morning as soon as I'd got out of the shower and cleaned my teeth. Just have to be a bit more organised.
Customer service is excellent, they went above and beyond after my order was delayed. I was kept informed throughout and I didn’t even need to ask for updates. A new order was swiftly sent as a replacement due to the original receiving no delivery updates. I am excited to try this product 🙂
