Terrible customer service, had to fight for my money back

I bought 3 dresses from Pact after seeing them in an Instagram ad. I quickly got a shipment notification the next day with a tracking number. 10 days later, I notice there have been no tracking updates and it says the carrier is still waiting to pick up the package. I contact Pact customer service via their website and they say the package was lost, I am allowed to request a replacement or a refund. I choose a replacement since I actually want the dresses. A week passes with no updates, and I follow up asking if there's a tracking number for the replacement, but they say the dresses are now out of stock so their system will process a refund. Another week passes and I ask about the refund because I haven't received it yet, they immediately process a partial refund. I ask why they didn't process the full amount and they say I need to wait for it to finish processing (but at the same time I see another partial refund go through; these 2 refunds still don't add up to the original amount I paid). I wait for another week to pass and again ask why I haven't received all my money back. They ask for a phone number to contact me but instead I do the math for them and tell them exactly how much they still owe me, which they finally process without ever calling me. It took over 2 weeks and pulling teeth with customer service to get all of my money back after they said the dresses were out of stock. I wonder if they hoped I would forget I bought the dresses and/or wouldn't want to bother fighting for my money so they can just pocket it without sending me anything. Given my experience, I'm never going to attempt to buy anything from Pact again, there are plenty of other clothing stores I can go to. (I also question the authenticity of all the reviews on this site, why do all the good reviews mention the same customer service rep, but none of the bad reviews mention him at all?)

I ordered 2 pairs of their Daily Twill pants. The package arrived but I received the wrong item. I notified customer service and the issue was promptly addressed. While unfortunate that I didn’t get the item I ordered, I appreciate the company’s prompt response and courteous service!

5 star customer service!!

I have always loved Pact and all that they stand for, but I truly have never seen customer service go so above & beyond to leave the customer satisfied! I had a really unfortunate mishap with a pair of their pants and a question about the quality of something else, and Vera was so responsive, kind, and helpful about everything! I seriously never expected to get any compensation since both items in question were final sale, but they ended up giving me store credit anyway! It's so nice to see a company that is so proud of their products and validates their customers' experiences. Thank you Pact for great clothing, and for great service!

Can't submit review on their website; bad leggings

(I'm writing this review here after trying to submit it on the Pact website. Their forms requires you to agree to terms and conditions, but there is no checkbox to select. I tried three different browsers. I hope they don't suppress bad reviews, but it makes me wonder.) This is for the "Women's Paint Sticks Go-To Leggings" I liked the design, but the fit and fabric is not good. I'm a size 6-8, 5'7", and ordered a size medium. They fit in the waist, hips, and thighs, but from the knee down, they were ultra tight to the point of discomfort. Also, the leg opening is so small. I measured it as 4.25" inches and could stretch it to 5.5" with a lot of effort. The fabric is stiff and itchy. They are also very long so the fabric bunched up around my ankles. I've never been so offended by a pair of leggings lol. I hate writing reviews, but I hate the thought of someone else wasting time and money on ordering these crap leggings.

I was missing several hundred dollars…

I was missing several hundred dollars from a return refund so I called them. One issue was an "overrefund" -- they tried to send me 247.01 but it was supposed to be $247.00, so it was flagged and never went through. Overrefund is an odd word for it given that I was never refunded and would never have been refunded if I hadn't been looking at my statements carefully! An apology would have been appreciated. On top of that, two items that I sent back were not refunded. They're saying since I don't have proof that I sent them back (tracking numbers are not enough apparently), they won't refund. It's a shame because I like the brand but can't recommend them due to this scammy behavior.

Complete scam

Complete scam! Trying to return two items. Have emailed 4 times and called the phone number which doesn't ring. I just get automated emails back saying they have resolved the matter and they haven't. The items are expensive and no way to return as they didn't provide an order number. Avoid at all costs. Impossible to return items.

Poor quality fabrics that will end up in a landfill

Poor quality thin fabrics that will end up in a landfill soon after purchased....and they're very expensive so its disappointing and its the opposite of eco friendly like they want to be seen as. Updated: They don't let poor reviews get posted on their website

Pact sent me the wrong products possibly because the busy earth day sale, the customer service responded brilliantly and assisted me with the return ,refund and even sent me credit for the inconvenience. Trustworthy , high quality sustainable company,keep it going ! High recommend!

PAJAMAS MAYBE

I will say the reason I gave Pact travel pants 2 stars is because they are truly comfortable. However the shape once they are on, especially after sitting is awful. They are so baggy, they definitely look like pajamas and not going out in public pants. It's a shame, I wear a 4-6 and ordered a small, I don't know if a xxs would even fit. Actually comfy in the waist but look terrible at the knees and hips.

Will never buy from Pact

Will never buy from Pact. I made the switch to wear organic after getting breast cancer. I was on my 7th order and made a mistake and ordered items I didn’t need. Pact won’t let you make any updates to your order. You have to wait until you receive the item after shipped to your house, to then return the item and ship it back. Waste of time, $, and frustration. Customer service reps are rude and & literally don’t care that I cannot get to the post office after just having a double mastectomy. Also many of Pacts clothing has toxic material. They advertise organic hundred percent cotton, but then when it arrives, it has the elastane and spandex in the cotton. buyer beware.

Getting in touch with customer service about an accidental dress return was easy and fast. They resolved an issue I had and went above and beyond.
