Easy to order online with the option of collecting from store. Very helpful young lady at the sales desk who asked me if I’d like to try on. Approachable staff made the experience very positive. Lovely skirt too!

Ordered an Evoucher as a gift, thought I would have been informed when it had been sent out, leaving me wondering if it had arrived, so I think there is room for improvement in the experience.
The staff were so helpful and patient, nothing too much trouble. Their help, ,advise and suggestions were pitched perfectly. A great range of clothes. Spoilt for choice.
I was attended to by a very friendly and helpful member of staff ( I think she was new from another branch?) and there were some lovely clothes to choose from. Always like shopping at White Stuff.

I went to the Bristol store in Broadmead, and was trying on several tops. I was given assistance by a very helpful sales lady, who went backwards and forwards on a number of occasions to change sizes and bring in different tops. She managed to strike the fine balance between being helpful without pressurising me. The other assistant at the till was equally helpful in explaining the benefits of signing up for emails informing me of any offers. I managed to get 15 percent off my purchase!

I saw this dress and immediately wanted to try it, I love patterns like this. I ordered a 10, I’m 1.67 m and weigh around 62kg. The delivery was quick and the communication excellent. The dress is beautiful! The pattern, cut, quality of finishing all were great, it fitted perfectly and is true to size, in my opinion. Unfortunately, the colours, much to my surprise, did not suit me. I didn’t think they would even with a tan! I was very disappointed. I’ve reluctantly sent it back and the refund has already been processed. A turn around within one week, which is amazing, I think!
Bright and open shop with plenty of space. Brilliant soundtrack in the background. Excellent customer service, very friendly and professional ladies working in store to make for a very enjoyable experience.

The shop display is lovely. Being able to stay in the fitting room whilst Julie fetched other sizes was fantastic. Julie also on payment was charming and offered a great discount. Overall a very nice experience....from someone who doesn't enjoy shopping much!!!! Thank you White Stuff.
I went into the Colchester store and was greeted by a lovely lady. I was allowed to browse without being harassed like you find in so many retail stores these days. They the lady at the till was extremely pleasant and complimentary on my choice of shirt. Both staff members were very polite and friendly and happy to engage in light conversation to make the experience very enjoyable. What I would say is that I was not aware White Stuff did men's clothing, and had it not been for a mannequin in the window dressed in men's clothes I would not have known to come into the store.
I purchased two tee shirts online, one was too big. I took it back to Tavistock store where I changed it for a smaller size. Great quality shirts, vibrant colours and they wash well too. Whilst in the store I also bought some fabulous shorts so win win all round 😊. Thank you to the very kind assistant for her help.
