Great offer online for an item I’ve had my eye on, plus a £5 discount voucher. Items arrived well packaged and only took a couple of days to arrive. Really happy with my putchase, will be shopping again at WH Smith.

Honestly it is very bad as it is missing very basic features. There are no reviews on the books, it doesn't show other books in the series I am looking at and it doesn't even save what is in my basket after I leave the store.
What I like about buying books from WH Smith is that they have a pretty good choice, including slightly older books; that they use cardboard, rather than plastic, in their packaging; that they use the Royal Mail for deliverys, whose workers are perhaps less stressed-out, than underpaid, over-worked delivery drivers; and that they're not Amazon whose tax avoidance is the moral equivalent ( to me) of destroying hospitals. On the other hand, they are slightly more pricey, but come on, it's all - sadly- a bit of a luxury and their search index doesn't seem to be the most efficient.
