Zero Care for Customer Concerns

I placed an order on April 20th, it shipped out right away as Women's Best packages typically do. A few days later I noticed that my package appeared to be stuck at the Fed Ex hub in Memphis. I contacted Fed Ex and they let me know the package arrived at the hub as an empty box - not the company's fault or mine. I've ordered from WB enough to trust their shipping etc. I filed a claim with Fed Ex, who confirmed in writing an empty box was received and then contacted Women's Best to have the order re-shipped. They responded letting me know they would have to open a claim of their own and that it may take 12 business days - cool. A few days later I receive an automated email saying a Women's Best gift card was issued to me. Great I thought. I go to repurchase the order and there is now a difference in pricing meaning I would have to pay MORE than what my original order + shipping costed. My original order also came with a free item that I will now miss out on. I reach out to customer service to flag this and they tell me there's nothing they can do regarding the price difference. I ask if the original order can simply be resent - no. In response, I ask if they are able to refund me the difference between the original order and a new order as it is NOT MY FAULT the package will not be arriving - still no. I ask for my emails to be escalated to a manager - another no as the same customer service agent Brie responds again and clearly did not care that I requested the matter to be escalated. Throughout this garbage customer service experience I remained kind and was simply looking for understanding and some middle ground from the company. It is absolutely ridiculous that Women's Best does not have business practices in place to genuinely support customers if there are issues. Why is Women's Best unable to do any of the following: - Simply have orders re-shipped if a customer flags an issue in the shipping process. I understand that Fed Ex caused the issue, but the onus is truly on the company. - Find a middle ground regarding pricing when there is a shipping issue. Don't want to issue refunds, or do price adjustments? How about a code for a future order or ANYTHING to acknowledge the inconvenience. - Escalate customers to a manager per their request. Your customer service team should not be able to flat out ignore anyone's request when they are asking for leadership to assist with their concerns. I have spent almost $1000 in my 9 months as a Women's Best customer, and likely will not order from them again based on their lack of care for my concerns as a customer. It's absolutely ridiculous that such a small issue could not be handled accordingly. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE seen a business that can't simply re-send an order.

I really wanted to love these shorts, it looks so good on the IG models. First time I tried these on the scrunch in the butt came loose. They are also not squat proof, I'm dark skin and only black or dark undies I can wear.

Good product / inconvenient return process

The products are nice, durable and flattering! The shipping and return processes though are time consuming and expensive. It is not free to return an item so it gives you no chance to try different sizes / colours / fittings without paying. In my opinion , one free return per order is mandatory for online shopping

Your webpage is grate just two main things I have a resentment about : 1- shelf stock of the product 2- the shipping company while you are offering us a free shipping they are charging us the paper work of the shipping because they are mentioning the goods as an importing goods while they have to mentioning them as a personal importing goods & even this they are planing to charge the customer for the shipping The pretext is that they are clearance and customs fees, even though customs and clearance fees do not exceed 20 Qar & they are charging around 60 Qar
