Made an enquiry about some flooring, what a very helpful Man I spoke to ,wasnt at all pushy, infact told me to wait for all my samples ,but would hold the flooring for me in the sample colours ,great service and great quality flooring, had a few samples already and it's one of the best I've had
service in placing and order has been very good. Will wait to review delivery and product later.

Simply excellent from start to finish. Many other tradesman commented on how good the quality of flooring was and the fitter found it easy to fit. Eshed and the team delivered exactly what they promised and the aftercare was also 10/10. Would recommend to all!!
I had a really great in-store experience at Wood & Beyond! Incredibly helpful staff, lots of samples and great knowledge. I made an order on the day and was offered quick delivery. I'm now awaiting the delivery but assuming this part of the process is as smooth as the rest has been I wouldn't hesitate the recommend and return!
Finally got the flooring of choice!! I happened to see the offer online & ended up at the Finchley showroom. Was pretty impressed with the range & the customer service. Diana was extremely friendly and explained to us pros & cons of the different types technically and aesthetically. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable at the same time. I had a large oak worktop delivered. It was smaller than described, 5mm across it's width, it was not square and not flat. I wouldn't rely on the companies measurements when you are ordering. It was also covered in lots of small, artificially made dents (not part of the natural rustic appearance of the wood). It took me hours of sanding to make it good. They were all over, on both sides. The website says, "delivery between 9am and 6pm". Mine came at 6.15am and woke up my neighbours- which is totally unacceptable given the delivery cost £70. I complained - The customer service is very poor (post purchase) and my option was to take another day off work and pay £70 to return it; or accept a pathetic £20 compensation. Not to mention the delays that it caused in my project. I am extremely grateful I wasn't paying for trades to work on it. Needless to say, I won't be buying from here again. I would recommend everyone else avoids it too. The prices are tempting but the headache isn't worth it. Update: WNB's reply to this review is a massive mischaracterisation of the circumstances. I have never taken more than 3 days to respond to their emails. On the other hand, I have had to repeatedly chase them for responses to mine. They don't read the content of the emails and chose which elements they wish to reply to - ignoring others. For example, I asked if they would only accept a return on a Thursday... They ignored the question. I also NEVER said that I had installed the worktop. To top it off, they believe sending a sub standard, damaged product that was smaller than described is there "being no fault with the worktop". Outrageous...
