Ordered 2 padded chairs to match two I already owned. The chairs came in the timescale stated. I did have to contact their customer service deparment because after 2 days I had not received a delivery time or date. They were very helpful and I got the info in one call. The chairs match perfectly and I am extremely happy with both them and the service I received.
Ordered a cabinet a while back, unfortunately one of the drawers would not close after a couple of weeks of purchase. I contacted the customer service helpline and spoke to Leah. She was so helpful and ordered replacement castors. They did take weeks to be delivered but that was no fault of woods as the item was not in stock and needed to be delivered from overseas. Leah kept in constant contact with me via email and telephone and kept me up to date with progress of delivery etc. she was very helpful and friendly and is an asset to the company. I will definitely purchase from woods again and have recommended to family and friends.

We purchased a glass dining table and four dining chairs from Woods. Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. Having not ordered from Woods before, I was a little sceptical, the prices are great so I thought the products may not be to standard, but there was no need to worry at all. The products are top notch & look fantastic. Quick & easy to put together, packaged really well. Ordering was simple. Delivery was quick by two lovely polite delivery men. I even had a follow up call to make sure everything was OK. What a pleasant experience. I will most definitely be using Woods Furniture again. Thanks a million 😊
Great experience with Woods. We ordered 2x dining chairs which were not in stock with another supplier. Woods Furniture delivered very quickly, the chairs were well packaged, easy to assemble and also great value verses the same chairs we saw on the High Street. Kept well informed via email on order status, dispatch etc. Also recieved a phone call from Hannah to confirm we had received and were happy with our purchase, nice professional touch and would buy from again.
Fantastic service, great product and friendly staff. Our original table was the incorrect size and we were offered a discount on the table or an exchange. Communication and arrangements for the exchange went smoothly and sent to the isle of wight. Thanks woods, in particular Anthea 🙂
Woods in Brewery Square is a lovely shop with helpful friendly staff. Our Table and chairs arrived on time and was put together by Nigel & Andy, delivery was not easy as we are in a basement flat but they did it with ease and a smile. Would definitely recommend Woods to everyone.
Great service and really helpful staff. We bought a large oil painting from Woods in Brewery Square and couldn’t fit in our car. We arranged for the item to be delivered via their own in house courier. Really easy to arrange and worked very smoothly, Andy & Alan were superb when delivering the painting, lots care with the item and super helpful! It’s our first time using them and will definitely use again.

Refused to accept return after the chair didn’t match the picture or description. Claimed the chair came back damaged and wanted £15 delivery to send back. Please read reviews before buying like I did because it looks like a tactic they use
Fast delivery and great customer service. Having placed an order for 4 x Breakfast stools on Wednesday, I received an email this morning to say they would be delivered today (was not expecting delivery until next week at the earliest). On delivery there were only 2 x stools. I emailed customer service and had a response within 75 minutes, the delivery company had split the order in 2, all have now been delivered and were extremely easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend. (Very rarely do I leave reviews, however Woods Furniture are very worthy of this review)

We ordered 6 dining room chairs expecting them to be delivered in a couple of weeks. They were delivered four days later as described. I put them together in 30 minutes and were delighted with the appearance and quality. I cant recommend the firm enough.
